Truck repair

The repair was fine. I think the price was high, and they never even told me a price before they fixed my truck. When my wife went to pick the truck up and pay the people were rude and ignored her. If you have an option don?t have anything done here.

Terrible dealership and management

Purchased a used 2018 GMC Yukon SUV from them 3 wks ago that I've driven 2-3x's which needs an oil change and NEW tires. I'm 83 yo and didn't tell my kids about my intent to purchase. Found out the day I bought it that I paid $15K more than I should have ($56K) and it has 58,000 miles. I can't take it back because of MS laws. The car is ok but I don't love it. Getting the run around from the people at the dealership to assist me with getting new tires. Folks, do yourselves a favor and don't get your car from these crooks!

Hi James. I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your purchased. It is not common for a car dealership or any other business, to give away something as costly as tires, etc 3 weeks after the sale. We pride ourselves at Kirk Supercenter in great customer service as you can tell from others reviews. Sometimes, we even go out to the country and pull customers out of the mud. Twice! I sincerely hope that you begin to enjoy your beautiful Yukon soon.

sad excuse

This is by far the WORST so-called dealership I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
