We just purchased a new 2026 Chevy Traverse and worked with Delfino and several people at the dealership. They provided an amazing car buying experience. Without visiting the dealership we negotiated a deal and had the car in our driveway (they drove over an hour and delivered it), within a day. Delivery drivers were very friendly and professional. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership.

I was able to get in quickly & get my car serviced. I usually call ahead & make an appointment at the Carrollton location but decided to just go to the Thornton Rd location instead. I drove right up to the Service location told them what I needed & they told me it would take 2 hours to take care of my car. In almost exactly 2 hours my car was ready & I was on my way.

Salesman was nice and helpful. It took nearly 5 hours to complete the deal. I was not pleased with the managers lack of explanation on why my trade-in value was lower than expected. Prices of similar vehicles posted online showed the large margin of profit the dealer would be making on my trade.
