Grant, Cody and Jeremiah were great. Years ago I had a horrible experience at this dealership but todays experience was awesome. They each took very good care of me and made my buying experience memorable. With this team I would purchase from them again.

Brought my 2024 Silverado (purchased 9/11/24) in for an
Brought my 2024 Silverado (purchased 9/11/24) in for an inspection in order to purchase an extended warranty. I would think the process would have been a very quick because of the trucks newness. It was over an hour before I found out the inspection of the truck still had not even started even though it had been taken back as soon as I got there, and that it would take 2 hours. The length of the inspection was the 1st I heard as well. I was a bit disturbed by this news/info. My service agent was very good and was able to get the truck within 20 minutes of my complaint. Why did it cost $225 for the inspection? Is the 2 hour window just a way to justify the $225 cost? At this point It only took the tech, at the most, 15 minutes. Was an actual Inspection done? I doubt it! What was there to inspect anyway for a vehicle that was purchased brand new just 6 months prior to this, was under warranty. My finance manager, Stanley reduced the $225 off the total extended warranty but I still had to pay out of pocket $225 for a service I believe never took place. I know there is plenty of swag in warranty fees so that wasn't much of a stretch for Thornton to reduce my warranty cost but they should never have charged me the $225 for work not performed.

I purchased a used Trailblazer in October and less than 5
I purchased a used Trailblazer in October and less than 5 days later the brakes failed while I was driving home on 20, going 70mph. I had to use the emergency brake to stop on the side of the road. The mechanic it was towed to said the brake line was completely rusted out and needed to be replaced. The manager at JT Chevrolet told me I bought the car 'as is' and they had no obligation to repair it. They called me back a little while later saying if I could get it towed there, they'd fix it as a gesture of goodwill. Fine, the brakes are still very soft, but I'm at least able to stop. Last month while changing the battery, I found that instead of a metal super connector, there was a literal piece of lamp cord that had been stripped on both ends. Additionally, I had to replace two tires due to slow leaks, the washer fluid reservoir is completely cracked, the belt was cracked and worn, and I had to replace the headlights. There is a oil pressure error on it now and it leaks slowly. I've probably spent more on it than its worth at this point. I would never recommend buying a used vehicle here. They clearly just washed it and threw it on the lot without opening the hood or checking under it, at all. These are things that even a Jiffy Lube would notice but apparently their service department cannot. If I could go back to October, I'd buy somewhere else. I just don't feel safe in the vehicle, but also don't feel comfortable selling it to someone else, because unlike John Thornton Chevrolet, I have principles.

Superman disguised as customer service advisor!
Was in town for my sons lacrosse tournament when our 2022 Equinox broke down. Limped it over to your dealership at 7:30 in the morning to hopefully get an idea what was wrong. I was not expecting any miracles especially without a appointment as a matter of fact I figured I would be stuck there a few days until they could get to it. GET THIS...Bryon Steinke(employee of the month) greeted me and listened to my problem even though he was backed up with customers as far as the eye could see. Took my car and said lets see what we can do. Had me out of there in less than an hour, WAIT...it gets better. He called me Monday morning to see if me and my family got home safely!!!! Who is this guy and where did you find him because there is nobody in customer service like him any more!!! Can't say "thank you" enough times for what he did for us, that is a great employee you have there and you are a great dealership!!

Finance office
They are all smoke and mirrors. They don’t tell you things like the finance manager stuck me with a dent repair for 24 months. Didn’t say a word about it. Stuck me with 84 months instead of 72 that I thought I was getting. There was a couple of other things I won’t say. I will never ever go back to this dealership. Beware!

Poor Service Dept.
I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I would not recommend them to get their car service. The time it takes for them to complete simple repairs are way to long. This was a great place to take your vehicle before Covid. They have really struggled to get back to the good quality of service post Covid. They have a great service department manager in Kurt. I really hope he can turn this around.

Do not buy any vehicle from this dealership! Stay away from this dealership! Based on my experience of buying a used car from this business, the sales team would not hesitate to break the law in order to secure a sale. In my case, the salesman did not post a Buyers Guide on the vehicle to be sold as-is, which is required by federal law. Turned out the vehicle had an undisclosed defect. Do not waste your money on this dishonest dealership!
