Unethical Finance Practices
Still waiting to hear back and a Tesla I purchased from here. The GM was supposed to get back to me and provide paperwork around the financing and my application; I also asked to speak to Mr Price as he was at the dealership when I purchased. I was waiting to hear back from a bank they told me offered the best rates when another sales associate came and took the keys to the car I was purchasing so another customer can test drive; I was told the car wasn’t mine until I signed the paperwork even though we were waiting for the bank to come back with results; they then told me it’s best for me to let them run it through another bank so the banks can “fight for my business”; I told them plenty times don’t run it through Bank of America but they still did; they said the bank came back at a rate I was not happy with at all but because I didn’t want it pulled again and there was another person interested in buying the car at full price I had to go with what they were offering or loose the car. I don’t know if there was really a customer and I for sure don’t know why they sent my application to the only bank I specifically advised them that I don’t want to work with; and they still haven’t told me what the credit union said. I check with a bank on my own and was offer a rate 1.5% lower. They were very deceptive and not very good and communication. Seems like if there’s a discrepancy or concern no one is available or the customer is annoying because they have to call so many time but if it’s a purchase, they are quick to get someone on the line. I’m going to have to get with the CFPB about this and let them to force this dealership to respond to customers and pay for this unethical practice.

2018 Tahoe Premier
I went to Maxie Price Chevy on Thursday 6/2/2022 to look for a Tahoe. I seen one on their used car lot. When I walked in the door Jeri meet me. Jeri was very polite and professional. He was not pushy and took his time to answer my question. He did not mind going back to his management to ask for my request. When I went back on Saturday to have some things done from our purchase I observed the other sale personal and was glad I had Jeri as my sales person
