Dewey Barber review

I have been dealing with the Dewey Barber for over fifteen years and I can't say enough about the great service from sales and the service department. Always courteous, patient and knowledgeable of what my problem was. The estimate time for the completion of my work was always acceptable. That is why I drive from Birmingham to Gardendale!

I love them!

Everyone was really nice! I was recommended to Doug by a coworker who purchased a vehicle from him three years ago, she advised me to contact him after work. With no hesitation, I called Doug and he advised me of everything that I needed to know. I was able to purchase my vehicle the same day!

Service on 2012 Equinox

They are always friendly. They were very fast at getting my Equinox fixed and back to me. Excellent service. Dewey Barber is the best dealership to deal with to buy a new vehicle and the VERY BEST in servicing your vehicle. I have had them do all the oil changes and everything else that was needed on my Equinox. I highly recommend them to everyone. I am a satisfied customer.

Going the Distance

Roger Duke has always been great to work with. I called him with the details of the car I was looking for, and he went to work trying to find exactly what I wanted. When he couldn't find exactly what I requested locally, he suggested I come look at an alternative in the Dewey Barber showroom. His suggestion ended up being better than my original thoughts...so now the 2016 Long Beach Red Corvette Stingray is my new car! This is the 3rd auto we have purchased from Dewey Barber, and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Oil Change

I love the knowledge and easy of dealing with the service team. I was told my David Herron that I could get a better deal on tires, once my truck was ready I asked the service manager Johnny about this and he quoted me a great price and even suggested better idea of the tire size. I just like the way they are always trying to help.

Friendly/Professional/Honest ...

I have ALWAYS been treated with respect by the friendly, professional workers at Dewey Barber ... especially Terry. Jackie Stubbs has also been very helpful. The Service Department is far superior to any others I have dealt with and most importantly, I feel are above board and honest. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give the Service Department and those mentioned above a 12+!

my daughters car ran hot and she was stranded--johnny and terry got a wrecker out to her and had her going by the end of day--great service!!!

Great place to buy a car

very efficient & excellent service, would recommend highly to anyone buying a new or used car. They have a good selection of new 2016 cars and trucks. Sales people know their business.
