Came in for oil change, lube, and tire rotation !!!! Some lug nuts were loose afterwards and one missing wasn?t before service ?? !!!!!!!

Great Work Penske Chevrolet Service Team

As always, I enjoy my visit to the Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos. The place is clean, and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Felipe Cornejo for helping get my truck serviced and returned to me in an expedited manner. I thought my truck would be in service for 2-3 weeks but the nature of the problem was not sever enough that it was done immediately. I thank you so much to Felipe and his team at the dealership. Keep up the great work and I will see you on the next visit.

Bad dealership

Once they sell you a car you're worth zero to them. Their costumer care is not existent. definitely not a good representation of the Penske group.

Dissatisfied

Let me begin with how disappointed I am. I have tell friends, and even bought family members to buy from you and you didn?t just lose a client but a whole community for the unfairness I have been put through. It has happen twice now and this time I asked for help, the car which I should mention I bought brand new (0 miles) has mechanical issues, same as last time when I bought a Malibu 2022, good it was taken into service and there they fix it. But I recently decided to upgraded it because I?m expecting my baby next month and wanted to get a bigger car for us. Now I?m stock with a car that turns off completely while I?m driving and I went yesterday (May 15,2023) to ask for help because I don?t want to be going back and forth with this car as last time because as I mentioned I?m pregnant and the lastly I want is stress. So I came down the store and this person Baron said he?ll help me ha ha the only thing he wanted was to make a sale, he couldn?t even offered me a solution because he was more interested in making a sale than taking care of a consistent client. I?m definitely not coming back, and I?m making sure everyone I have bought with me take their precautions for now.
