The purchase of my 2018 Nissan Armada was a wonderful experience with the staff. However, stear clear of buying a used car, as they want to advertise warranty and offer an extended warranty, but do not take ANY responsibility for repairs, coordinating with Nissan, or honoring the warranty.

Ordered a Maverick and got it at MSRP, no hassles.
Ordered a Maverick and got it at MSRP, no hassles. It took almost 500 days to get my truck (Ford's fault, not theirs) and they kept me informed all the way through the process. When my truck did arrive they informed me as it rolled off the carrier and had it ready to pick up the next day. They honored my original order price and no hassles when I brought my own financing. There was no ADM/Market adjustment, and no mandatory dealer add-ons. Cory Osage (salesman) and Don Johnson (sales manager were great throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend if you want to order a Ford.

We bought a 2020 Nissan a few weeks ago. We test drove it Friday night and on Saturday morning we purchased it. When driving it off the lot we noticed the radio kept cutting out. We immediately reached back out to our sales person who told us to bring it in so he could look at it. He couldn’t fix it and we think the issue is the factory reset he performed before we returned to the dealer to purchase it caused a glitch. We called the manager of the used car section Russel Witzel to see what they could do for us. Mr. Witzel and Maurice in finance were insanely rude and just kept mentioning that we shouldn’t have declined the warranty. We chose this dealership based upon their reputation and had an expectation that the vehicle we purchased would work as advertised. Unfortunately that’s not what happened and this dealer is refusing to make it right. Not only are they refusing to fix an issue that was caused while still in their possession, they were rude, unsympathetic, and uncaring. When given the opportunity to do the morally correct thing they declined. If you’re looking for a trustworthy dealer go elsewhere.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! STEAR CLEAR OF FORD, especially this dealership in particular! Research recent Ford production of vehicles and all of the rust concerns with brand new models. This dealership will avoid remedy and responsibility by blaming it on the manufacturer and you will be stuck with a lemon until you go through the full lemon law and legal process. They do not care and will only offer you a "trade" after using current appraisal value for your rusted out vehicle, which means you owe them even more money than you are already out!
