I started to buy and process online completed in store seamlessly with respect and care from the sales person Ali. Carmax has a good policy that makes You feel like you're safe and buying a vehicle from them. I also like the fact that they had the Carmax the warranty for your vehicle . The only downside when I started the process online preapproval, it stated I needed A certain amount of money then it changed to a higher dollar amount. I'm sure that is due to the financial institution and my credit however, If Carmax is going to offer this Preapproval, The down payment amount At that time should be honored and that's it!

This is my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from them. The reps are very helpful and professional. They work with you until you find the right fit. From sales to financial assistance it was a great experience. My only issue is maintenance. The veh was halfway detailed and whatever repairs was made they didn't reset the system so the service message kept popping up. I did call and go back up there for them to take care of it. All in all a positive experience.
