I have bought all my vehicles from ford Athens for
I have bought all my vehicles from ford Athens for decades. Jeff melton has always hit the nail in every way a customer would want. I have had my cars serviced on a regular basis and recently brake light was on and I called to have car towed as I wasn?t sure the problem and driving over 90 miles to Athens wasn?t in the cards safety wise. I have been calling to find out where exactly is my car as I haven?t heard from the service department at all in regards to what the problem may be. My car is a 2020 edge; 30,600 miles ( est original miles) only one driver and easy miles. If only I can get someone to diagnose the problem and let me know what has to be done. I am 85 years old; live alone; and my car is very important in my daily life of getting to grocery store; church: family; and Dr appointments. ( a must) I also did not get a receipt of the charges for towing I paid check to. If only someone can communicate with me Susan c Fricano

Helpful, knowledgeable and good customer service. Remote oil change and loved the convenience of them coming to me. Found some additional damage that couldn?t do remotely and was able to get me on site in a hurry.
