2nd time in the dealership for repair.
2nd time in the dealership for repair. Both times took over a week and the repairs were not completed. Service rep was nice but unable to get anything done. I picked up my unrepaired car and drove to another dealership to trade it in for another non-Ford product.

Ms. Arnold, As we discussed with you at the dealership. It is hard to diagnose an intermittent electrical issue with an active water leak, with the amount of standing water and rodent damage to the electrical harnesses and other modules. This would be an extensive repair to track down the corrosion in the vehicle. Which you declined. So, yes you are correct the vehicle was not repaired. The time it was here was waiting on your authorization to further diagnose the water leak, and electrical concerns. We are glad that you traded in the vehicle. As this would be the best option as the vehicle is not safe or healthy to drive. If you would like to further discuss your service. Mrs. Chance, We are sorry to receive your negative review. As we discussed at the dealership. That the Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty was provided to you at no charge during the purchase of your vehicle. This warranty specifically states that to remain active, “all” manufacturer recommended services must be completed as outlined in the vehicles owner’s manual. See below for actual warranty language: WARRANTY STATES: “MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS - In order to keep your Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty valid, you must follow the maintenance procedures listed below.” “Your vehicle must receive all scheduled maintenance as required by the manufacturer’s Owner’s Manual.” “You must keep copies of all maintenance and repair orders. Copies must indicate; customer name, repair order number, repair order date, Vehicle Identification Number, a description of your vehicle, repair order mileage, and a complete description of services performed.” “We may require you to furnish us with proof that the specified services have been performed. Failure to show proof that all scheduled maintenance and repairs have been performed may void coverage under this Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty.” We sent in your claim to TWS they received your maintenance records for review. During the review it was found that you were missing multiple required manufacturer services as outlined in the owner’s manual. This claim has never been denied and is currently in “Pending” status awaiting for further maintenance documentation. Athens Ford would be willing to send TWS any maintenance records you provide. We are here to work with you to get your vehicle claim approved. If you have any questions regarding these missing maintenance records, please call us or TWS at 1-800-870-6856. Ann was absolutely great.
Ann was absolutely great. She explained all of the repairs that were needed and professional. Even when I got home and called her, because I needed a new handle, she took care of that also. She is very nice and easy to talk to.
