Brought in my 2017 Explorer for recall items. Requested a look at the windshield gasket due to cracking. Received a video from technician on inspections that I had not requested. Nothing on recall items or the gasket. Texted Anna to see if vehicle was ready. No reply. Went to pick up my vehicle and Anna was on vacation. When checking out the service advisor said nothing of repairs or what was performed. Just gave me the vehicle inspection report.

I went to look at Bronco Sports, moving out of an F150. Thought I would feel too small in the Bronco but its great. Jeff Melton salesperson great, everyone was very friendly and paid attention to my concerns.

CJ the salesperson was awesome They were quite busy and we were there for several hours negotiating. They should have a few more items for customers such as snack, especially is the buying process takes more than an hour or two. If it not had been for CJ and the Bronco itself, because of the long process we may have not bought it that day. Otherwise great to deal with.
