    Car came with different failures in the first months. Quality issues let ou opinion of the car get a bad impression. One problem occurred twice. If there... will be one more issues a car exchange will be requested...

    Purchased my 2018 Mustang GT July, everything seemed perfect. Until a month later my car starts making erratic noise coming from the engine(which Ford... refers to as "Typewriter tick"), rattling coming from rear passenger interior and from the dash, and discoloration (green spots) on both driver and passenger interior door panels. Three months of dropping my car off for service and none of the issue is solved. Called Ford requesting for buyback, they promised a regional sales manager would contact me but after a week, no one contacted me regarding the matter.

    I took my 2017 Ford Escape in for a 25,000 Mile Service. My Service Advisor was Tami Cross. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and able to solve my problem.... I had about an hour wait for the servicing which I thought was great. They always offer coupons. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at McLaughlin until I am ready to purchase a new one.
