Consumer response

The only time Ryan spoke to me after my original inquiry, was when I initiated the call. Otherwise, it was radio silence. The Mercedes Benz web site estimated my trade in value to be $31,000. Your offered trade in was $25,000. Apparently, you prefer to keep used cars on your lot, rather than sell them. Have your sales manager give me a call if he has an interest in selling. This is the worst dealership I ever deal with period!

This is the worst dealership I ever deal with period! I bought cars from out of state all the time. Never had someone agreed on the price with you. Let you get your finance done. Hold you up for few days telling you they're doing inspection on it. You had to find it out in a hard way. They already sold the car to someone else while the whole time you keeping texting and calling them asking for the status of the transaction. I was gonna spend $70,000 on that car and they treat me like a junk. Mr. Harrison if you are reading this. You might consider re-range your manager team. I would never expecting being treated like this from a MB dealer. This is some buy here pay here action.
