Jason Friedman provided excellent service in taking care

Jason Friedman provided excellent service in taking care of end-to-end process of purchasing the vehicle. He was honest, courteous and friendly. He is knowledgeable and clarified all the questions about the process and the vehicle operation as well as specs. He collected the vehicle for a minor adjustment and delivered it home after correction, which I appreciated for saving my time. I give Jason 10/10.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with RBM Mercedes. Brian Butcher is a true professional—knowledgeable, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is handled right the first time. I live in Spartanburg, SC, and I make the drive specifically to work with Brian and the RBM team. That should speak volumes about the level of service they provide. I recently took delivery of a car I ordered from RBM of Atlanta and it was an ultra smooth, ultra painless process. This was especially thanks to Trevor Young, who was responsive, knowledgeable, fair and honest throughout the four month process. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that

After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. Much appreciated!

My experience with Eric Gomez was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and he genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the right car. I would definitely recommend working with him! Love my new EQE!

It was very easy working with Marcelo.

It was very easy working with Marcelo. I purchased the car from out of state. The process went very smoothly. Marcelo was very quick to get back to me, he sent videos, physically put golf clubs in the trunk to show me how they fit and texted me to alert me to documents that I would be receiving. I would certainly work with him again. I also liked the touch of the red carpet treatment and his pride in how the car looked.
