Probably the easiest and most satisfactory purchase I

Probably the easiest and most satisfactory purchase I have ever made! I found my 2018 C300 convertible in the front lot of the Sandy Springs RBM Dealership and hadn't been looking for 2 minutes when Steve Edwards came to my rescue. He answerred my every question before I even asked them and, within 20 minutes, he and I were in the car taking a test drive. Before leaving the Dealership 30 minutes later, I was already comtemplating how long it would take to call it mine. The next day, I was in Steve's office signing papers, driving out and calling the car "my own!"

We recently purchased a Mercedes GLS from RBM and were absolutely thrilled with the level of excellence. From the front door to driving home in our new car we talked about how well executed the process was. Our sales representative answered our questions, offered information, guided us through our options but never once did we feel sold to. We felt we had a partner helping us make a decision. The purchase experience was smooth and well managed. Everyone knew their role. Everyone handed off to the next person smoothly. On the day we picked up the car the paperwork was quick and easy. There weren't any hurdles we didn't expect. The actual delivery of the car itself was flawless. We were instructed as to all the features and allowed time to look around and ask questions. We never felt rushed, even though it was the end of the day. On the way home we laughed about how much we were looking forward to buying our next Mercedes.

My recent car buying experience at RBM of Atlanta with

My recent car buying experience at RBM of Atlanta with Don Bonura was exceptional! He was extremely helpful in selecting the features for my new GLC 300 and once ordered, kept me informed every step of the way on the build and shipment process. Once the car arrived, he made sure it matched my order and when he found the floor mats were not included, he personally went to the parts department to add them. He has continued to follow-up with me to ensure I am pleased with my new SUV and when I called about a warning that I didn’t know how to override for tire pressure, he walked me through how to do it over the phone immediately. I highly recommend Don to any Mercedes customer looking to purchase or lease a car! You will be in the best hands!

We have been customers of this dealership since the early

We have been customers of this dealership since the early 1990's. The service department used to be professional and detailed. Unfortunately, this is not the case today. I recently had my car in for the second time for the same service.. I was promised a loaner car. The loaner was filthy on the inside with drips and spots on the front seats. The back of the car was filthy, too. The woman who oversees the service said, "We are very busy and we do not have time to keep the cars clean." There was not another loaner car available. I will not use this service department again. I certainly will not ever purchase another car from RBM of Atlanta.

I recently purchased a new Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from RBM of Atlanta, and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Zulema, who was my sales representative. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Since this was a build car coming from Germany, she kept me actively updated on the status, which I greatly appreciated. Zulema also assisted me with some great incentives, making the purchase even more rewarding. Additionally, I worked with Taylor in the finance department. He was extremely helpful in securing the best loan rates and was very receptive to my suggestions. Taylor guided me through the process and helped me choose the right set of services for my new car. I have had a terrible experience with MB Roadside

I have had a terrible experience with MB Roadside Assistance and RBM. It took four hours to pick up my vehicle after a tire blow out. RBM got it fixed the next morning, but does not provide an Uber or car return despite advertising it on their website. I got transferred a number of times and numerous texts to get the transportation and repair. My last tire problem was handled through Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and I had no complaints. Avoid this dealership!
