Buying experience

I purchased my 2022 XT6 from Hennessy in Dec 2021. Purchasing a new vehicle during the pandemic was challenging. Katy and Thaddeus made the buying experience seamless. They were both knowledgeable and professional.

Stay Far AWAY from Hennessy Cadilac in Duluth!!! My truck...

Stay Far AWAY from Hennessy Cadilac in Duluth!!! My truck has been in the shop 10 times in 2 years and they still haven’t fixed my radio problem along with the skip on transmission that they say is a known issues. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GETTING A CPO vehicle from them. They lie about the coverage and can’t tell you what’s covered. I talked to the manager Loyld and and he said he has work there for 22 years and doesn’t even have in writing what’s covered. You over pay for horrible service and they can’t even fix the problem with their own cars. Stay away, you have been warned!!!

Mr Roland was the best hands down

Mr Roland boughton was great he made the experience easy and relaxing he was knowledgeable on every question I had and he didn't stop until I was happy with what I was getting.

Dealt with sales associates Quinn Lewis and Vick Atefi in the purchase of my Cadillac. Both were very helpful and professional and this was a big factor in my dealing with Hennessy opposed to a different dealer. Post purchase both these guys have been very helpful in educating me on the various systems of the vehicle as I have posed several questions. These guys made dealing with Hennessy a car buying pleasure.

I was looking to purchase a 2021 Escalade ESV. I gave a...

I was looking to purchase a 2021 Escalade ESV. I gave a deposit to hold the vehicle. I was not approved through their lenders but my Credit Union approved me 100%. I went through all the paper work only to find out they would NOT accept a cashiers check from my CU because it was out of state. We offered to leave the vehicle there until the check cleared. They know the transaction is legit and refuse to sell me a 100k vehicle. The lack of communication is awful.

Speechless

They sounded like they wanted to do business, they took all of my truck information, were supposed to give me a quote on my truck for a trade in and they ghosted me. I could have paid cash for their truck if i wanted. At least respect someone enough to give them a call back

Very welcoming since arriving at the dealership. The sales person Thaddeus McDowell has very helpful throughout all the process but also Cathy, the manager, was extremely helpful also and very condescending. Will definitely do business again with them!

There’s a lot I could say but I’ll keep it simple. I purchased a ‘16 Escalade with an inoperable touchscreen, and brake pads that don’t even have a tiny bit left on them. Literally metal rubbing metal. These things seem ridiculously hard to miss during an inspection. The GRINDING was so horrible and scary! As a mom of 3, safety was so important to me! I did NOT expect my brakes to be completely gone after only owning it 2 months!! Do not trust this dealership!
