I will start with this was the absolute worst car buying

I will start with this was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever endured and I am a person who loves cars and has purchased my fair share of them. I will also add that this is the first time in my life I have take the time to write a negative review for the internet but felt it was my last option since the dealership did not seem to care about service recovery when they kept messing things up. I will itemize the issues for people's education if chosing to buy from them. 1) they added "optional" items to the car that they refused to remove when I told them I did not want them 2) they accidentally added an additional $1050 charge to my quote when double charging me for tax and tags. it took several calls to get them to admit/see this error and remove it. 3) I purchased this car from RI and it took almost 2 weeks for them to find a shipping service and it arrive on a day I told them I could not receive the vehicle, forcing me to change a flight reservation so I could be there to get the car 4) it was a 1 yr old Defender where the window sticker said it came with a spare tire cover but when it arrived no cover. They never told me the original owner did not turn this in and they did not feel it was their responsibility to provide me with one. After complaining, they did ship me one that arrived in a damaged box with scratches. 5) they sent me to get the car inspected without a registration, even though I told them I needed a registration. The inspection station sent me home and then when I reached out to the LR dealership they realized they had not done the work to get the registration and tags for me, even though they charged me for this service. There was such a delay in getting my registration and tags the temp plates ran out and I incurred a penalty from my DMV. I demanded the dealership cover this and they did. At the end of this exhausting 2 month long experience I did ask to speak to the general manager and provided an opportunity for service recovery and all he could say was sorry. I have purchsed cars from hyundai, toyota, nissan, jeep, ford, subaru, audi, mini, porsche and now Hennessy Land Rover Gwinette. All I can say is never again and buyer be ware.

Zero integrity.

Zero integrity. Get every single thing in writing. Maybe even bring your attorney. You cannot count on integrity even though they put up a REALLY good front. I have given chris the manager two weeks to make things right and he has ignored me. Details and receipts will be posted tomorrow.

If you are looking for a new or used car go see Jordan Smith. My entire family has purchased cars from Jordan for going in ten years now. He's a good guy and does what he can to make you happy. As long as Jordan is there, we'll buy there. If Jordan leaves, we leave.

I have never worked so hard to spend 5K on parts for

I have never worked so hard to spend 5K on parts for anything ever. I’ve been trying for over 4 months to get running boards and a hitch put on my Defender. The service writer won’t respond to emails and won’t answer questions. The service department won’t even let me know if my parts are in stock and the news from a reliable source is that Jag/Land Rover will not be shipping to the US due to tariffs. Am I being ignored because I’m a petite blonde grandmother or do you treat everyone this way?

From the time we walked in the door and even after the deal was finalized Jordan made sure that we not only found the perfect car but that we were both comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I am very happy with the service I received at this

I am very happy with the service I received at this dealership. Everyone was polite, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I was able to purchase my vehicle after the employees helped me work through a few small obstacles. This was a wonderful experience.
