I saw a van that I fell in love with and called Malachi

I saw a van that I fell in love with and called Malachi Taylor right up. He told me to head over and he’d have the keys in hand to test drive. He was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle and it’s history and worked to get me the BEST deal on it. The van was a recent trade in and he insisted they clean and service it top to bottom before I took possession even though I told him that wasn’t necessary and then he delivered to my home personally. Made the whole car trading experience so easy. I would 100% buy from him again.

Will not be back.

en I purchased my car here on Jan 15th, everything was great until a week later. While signing the papers, my husband and I mentioned to Brandon the torn driver seat and he said he would order a seat cover for it. Was hoping for an actual fix, but it’s fine. Brandon walked away, came back and said it was ordered. Not even one week after purchasing my car, I walked outside and had a puddle of water sitting on the dash. I called Brandon and spoke to him about it. Was told they would check it out when the seat cover came in. Feb hits and I notice a payment was pulled out of the bank for the vehicle I traded in. Called to speak with Brandon, he wasn’t available. Left my name and number with the lady who answered the phone. Didn’t hear anything back until 4-5 days later. While waiting to hear back, I reached out to USAA and was told the loan was never paid off by Ronnie Watkins. Brandon finally calls me back and I explain the situation to him. He tells me that he will jump on it and call me back. I didn’t hear anything back until almost a week later. I attempted multiple times to reach out to Brandon during that time, but didn’t get a phone call back until almost a week later. Brandon calls me back, asks for more info and tells me he will call back. I kept checking my loan online and it still showed the remaining balance. I decided to call the sales manager and he gave the info to someone in financial and they took care of it. I was told by Ronnie Watkins that USAA must have lost the check but Brandon told me they didn’t have the correct info on the check. Towards the end of Feb we had a lot of rain coming, asked to see if I could have the windshield looked at and was told they would check it out when the seat cover came in and that he thinks it’s the moon roof leaking. I asked when it would be and come to find out nobody ordered it. Brandon told me he told someone else to order it and that they “must have not done their job.” I called again in March about the seat cover because I knew they wouldn’t check the leak out until the seat cover was there and was told he couldn’t see a tracking # because the parts guy was on vacation for another week. I called again around the end of March and was told Brandon was off and again gave my name and number. Brandon called me back the next day and I explained to him that I now have water damage, at this point I don’t even care about the seat. He told me he would call me when it came in. April 5th Brandon calls and tells me that the cover will be delivered between the 11th-14th. It is now June 16th and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back from anyone.. I’ve made at least 20+ phone calls since purchasing the car. When I pay $36,000 for an used car, I expect it to be fixed and fixed right especially when I’m promised. I will be going somewhere else for future purchases and maintenance. I’ve been nothing but nice, understanding and patient, but enough is enough. I’ve never dealt with so much waiting/back and forth at any other dealership as I have here. I’ll be taking the car somewhere else to have the leak checked out, seat and upholstery fixed from water damage. Months after months of waiting. I came here because they had good reviews, but obviously haven’t had the same experience as others. I could understand if I paid $5,000 or even $13,000 for this car but I paid $36,000 for an used car with a torn driver seat and leaks. I was given excuse after excuse anytime I spoke to Brandon.
