Great experience, easy process.
I had a fantastic buying experience at Cromley’s Ford with Lauren at the Saluda, SC location. He was pretty experienced in finding older Broncos and landed a gem of a ‘94 Eddie Bauer I ended up buying. Such an easy process and absolutely no pressure or tactics. Great experience overall and the price was absolutely unbeatable for the truck I got. Would recommend this location and I hope to bring my Bronco back for future service.

Overpriced
I called inquiring about a vehicle they had on their Newberry lot. Everyone I talk to was very nice, but the gentleman gave me a price that was $8000 over Kelly Blue book value. They have all the information online so I was able to get an estimate before calling. Im not sure if it was because I was a woman calling but when I told him that for this vehicle it was way over priced he just told me have a good day. This was my first experience with them but it wasn't a good one.

My Cromley ford experience
I am a returning Cromley Ford customer. Cromley's is a professional business In every way. They are courteous, helpful and efficient. You get the feeling that they are there to serve you. There's no high pressure sales talk but they are willing to help you find a vehicle that suits your wants and needs. On the day of purchase the paperwork was completed quickly and features of the truck were explained. The service department takes appointments and I have been very satisfied with it. The quality of their work is excellent. Cromley's is the only place I go to when I am ready to trade my truck. I have always had a good experience there.
