Customer service is not good after you give up the cash went from 1 to 5 different guys even the maintenance man I was the last one there and felt pushed very upset! I guess I new it was coming just thought they were a better dealership

2020 ford edge st line
Had to bring my vehicle in for radio problem, still not fixed but I have to wait week and half to bring it in for repair. To long to bring vehicle in and had to wait 20 mens for someone in service to answer my call. People are nice but service for vehicles lacking.
Bait and switch
Typical bait and switch. I chatted online to see if the car was available and was told that it was. I set up and appointment to see it the next morning. I received an email requesting a call, gave them my phone number and a time to call, never receive a call. I arrived at my appointment time and received a call asking if I was still coming and I told her I was there and she sent someone out. When the salesman came out, he said the car was sold but he had a similar priced car to show us. When he showed us the car, he said he didn't know the price and would check. After 20 or so minutes of looking at the car, he finally told us the price. It was almost double the price of the car we came to look at. Waste of time...
Dean lied to me today about my truck. They called to say the truck was ready for pickup. When I get there, Dean couldn't locate the paperwork. I waited for about 15 minutes only to be told the truck was still being worked on and to come back in an hour. I came back early and miraculously the truck appeared. He told me he would reduce the price for my inconvenience. Once I got home and looked at the receipt, he took off nothing. If he will lie about the cost, what else is he lying about? I'm taking my business to a dealership that I can trust and Classic Ford is not it!

Purchased a used car..to find it was in a car accident..I paid full price. The dealership covered it up !!! They did not show me the carfax..but autocheck( which didnt show accident )...Fraud
Classic Ford doesn't need your business
I used Cars.com chat to check on a vehicle's status and they wouldn't even confirm it was available without my contact info. They are BOOMING over there I guess :/. Pretty good position to be in right now I suppose. They even "hung up" on the chat because I wanted to continue there and not via a phone call.
Worked online with the internet sales team headed up by Chris M. Was quoted a price on a new 2019 Ford Ranger. Asked if the price I was given was eligible for 0 for 84 financing. Chris got snippy with me about how he was right. I said ok and filled out credit and was approved. Manager called a few hours later and said they would not be able to honor the price they quoted me and wanted to tack on thousands of dollars. Very unprofessional. Do not buy from them. They lie and don’t honor commitments.
