I would give zero stars if I could, but the general

I would give zero stars if I could, but the general manager, Anthony Delgado was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. The service manager Steve never came out after repeated request. I came in for an oil change and I heard some noise on my right side. They immediately said it wasn’t covered under my warranty. I Purchased the car brand new almost three years ago and they said because it was in an accident on the carfax 2 years ago I will have to take it back to where I got it repaired, but they were sure to charge me $358 for a oil change and diagnostic and they didn’t do absolutely any work other than change my oil not to mention the service advisor Michael Ennis was terrible. He had an attitude each time he greeted me and he pushed me out for an oil change for two months last time I was there which is why I ask for a manager. I purchased a car here and have got my service done here several times but it’s looking like I’ll never return.

The management team was great. Kash was so helpful and very knowledgeable… setting up the systems for me as well..always familiar faces when you walk in the door. My 6th car from Rick Case…

I always look forward to seeing Bruce Vernon & team when

I always look forward to seeing Bruce Vernon & team when I take my car in for service. I literally leave my keys in the car when I pull up & he directs me to the waiting area. BTW, the upgrade in the waiting area with high top tables, chairs & plug outlets on each table is a nice addition. I have complete confidence that I will be taken care of, while I plug away in getting some work done. There is no pressure to get something fixed/sold to me if it's not needed. When a repair is needed, he always gives me a timeline for when the repair is required...unless it falls under warranty & then he will go ahead and do it, if he knows it will be a concern of mine. This last visit, I asked him abt car models, his family, etc and I forgot to ask him if he observed anything weird with my car. Thx again Brother Bruce! He's one of the biggest reasons I drive out of my way to get my car serviced at his location 👍.

A piece of trim just above the windshield had cracked and

A piece of trim just above the windshield had cracked and Rick Case addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. Both sales and service were involved as we had recently purchased the Santa Fe. All in all, great experience with both teams.

After getting the runaround in Canton, and having an

After getting the runaround in Canton, and having an issue with my trade (Toyota not willing to sell the car to a competitor at lease end), I contacted Rick Case Roswell. Great interaction with Tai led to a price agreement very quickly and fairly. Follow up call with Brian the sale manager to confirm the deal, thank each other and confirm a time to sign docs. By the time I arrived and hour later, the docs were prepared, car detailed and waiting. Literally in and out of the dealership in out of the dealership in 30 minutes after Karen in finance had everything lined out. Took delivery the following day as I live 50 miles the other direction. When I arrived, Tai was waiting and gave me a great overview and introduction to the features and technology. The Palisade Calligraphy is an incredible luxury vehicle, and entire experience was made very special by the team in Roswel!
