Went in for routine service.

Went in for routine service. Never feel like I am getting upsold. While waiting took a test drive in the 2924 Tucson hybrid. Sales staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Kudos to Andrew Steadman and MikeEnnis with whom I enjoy a valued business relationship. Always professional and friendly.

Recall part not in stock

I took my car in to have a recall issue resolved regarding my fuel pump. I made the appointment three weeks ago. Given the fact that my appointment was specific to my fuel pump, wouldn’t you think that they would have the fuel pump in stock? But no they didn’t and now I have to bring it back again next week to have it installed.

Another Awesome Experience

Had another awesome experience with the dealership’s service team. They could have told me anything as to what was going on with my vehicle but instead, they showed me the issue and quite possibly saved me $1000’s.
