Grand Caravan R/T

The total effort of all employees and departments has been outstanding for me for the last 3 & 1/2 years. Servicing my 99 van and helping me purchase a new 2014 van. Both vehicles are on the road and running well. The 99 van has over 230,000 miles and the new van has reached 8500 since last November.

Oil change above all others!

Scott Masters customer

The service at moss brothers was excellent and if by changing the transmission fluid is the fix for the transmission cooling fluid over heating. When traveling up the Cajon pass will correct the problem and it not overheat again in the future that will be great. I have read some reviews that the transmission overheated and blew up while driving. I certainly hope by changing the transmission fluid it does the job. We also live in the 4500 ft. level and if we wanted to go to the mountains at 7000 foot level with our patriot 4x4 2.4l engine latitude jeep it would perform as expected and not over heat the transmission fluid. I will have to wait and see what happens in the future. Moss brothers done what was expected as advised by the jeep and dodge Cooperate office. San Bernardino serviced what Jeep said to do. Moss Dodge oil change servc

Service on my vehicle was good for an oil change. Service Center person was not real friendly. I am about 2,000 miles shy of a 30,000 mile check up and since I have a service contract, I don't understand why I was told I would have to pay for the 30.000 mile check up.

Gary, First I would like to apologize for our service person not being friendly like they should have been and we will be counseling that employee. Second, there are certain maintenance's that are not covered by an extended warranty because they are just maintenance, so that way your car will be more reliable and also have a greater re-sale value and trade in value. Extended warranties are out there to help with the more expensive items like engine failure, transmission failure etc. If I can answer any questions or may help in the future please do not hesitate to call or e-mail.
