I went for a mirror replacement, they told me is covered

I went for a mirror replacement, they told me is covered by warranty. After 4 hours waiting they told me is not covered. I hope not to receive any more surveys. Thanks.

It went far better than the last visit several months

It went far better than the last visit several months ago, where your mis-diagnosis cost me a lot of money for nothing. I brought my truck in to find out why it would shut off and leave me stranded--your genius techs determined it was a bad battery (less than 5 months old) I knew nothing was wrong with the battery, so when I took the truck home, I took a look at the battery--it had a loose cable, nothing wrong with the battery, but I still got screwed for a bad diagnosis. Your people need far more training, because they aren't worth a xxxx.
