I found the vehicle I was searching for at Glendora Chevrolet, and I sent a message of inquiry. Joey Ledesma replied in a very timely manner and was able to work out an outstanding deal for me, alongside his manager Edward. Worst service experience.

Worst service experience. Avoid this service department at all costs or it may end up costing you money in further repairs needed once they do absolutely nothing with your vehicle and you incur excessive downtime. They only seem to know how to look for codes and can't diagnose a vehicle like a genuine mechanic can. Yet, they seem to charge a steep price for their attempt at "diagnosis". They held my car for over 30 days, never test drove it until day 29, said it was a significant safety concern, and told me GM needed to buy it back. Their only suggestion after 30+ days was to do my front brakes for which they said would start at $1,000. I took my car and ran. I took it to a true mechanic (GM Certified), he had it less than 24 hours, and so far the car is running great!

Great experience

Great service and a professional atmosphere. I went to another dealership and all they did was try and have me pay 1200/month for 60mns w a trade in and 33k down on a $51k truck. Glendora met my needs right away and straight to the point.

I recently found a 2021 Chevy Silverado LTZ I was

I recently found a 2021 Chevy Silverado LTZ I was interested in purchasing. Although, I had a pre-approval from Altura Credit Union, for the purchase, I agreed to have them finance me through GMC Finance to gain some trust from them. After a back and forth conversation n texts a final price n payment was agreed. My only dilemma was that I was quite aways in the Coachella Valley n I needed them to work with me just so I could make arrangements to make it up. Now, partof the agreement was that if I we agreed on a deal, they would pull the truck off the market. Well, since I was unable to make it on Saturday, I was told another customer was going in to see the same truck n perhaps wouldn't be available. It is at this time. I realized, the dealership had no interest in customer service but more in being greedy. A business is a business I get that, but if u treat customers with respect n stick to the sales pitch you tell that potential customer, it shows honesty, trustworthiness, n perhaps gain some customer loyalty. Either way, they ran my credit which I agreed so I too can show I wanted the vehicle but the end result is no vehicle, a lower credit n unfortunately, is sad I'm having to write this review. I only do it to make people aware. I don't blame the female sales person, but more the dealership n people behind her whispering to her to tell me another buyer was interested in the same vehicle too. I heard it but ignore it, still trying to make this happen I should have known better. Finally, I received a text n an email on Sunday telling me the vehicle was still available if I was still interested. Unbelievable!!I've read some of the negative reviews very similar to mine, in this day and age, is sad this happens.

Horrible customer service by floor manager Abe!

Horrible customer service by floor manager Abe! I drove over hour to dealership only to be told car was sold. Never offered to show me anything else! I don’t think car was sold I think I was the wrong Ethnicity and Gender to sell the car too…
