Advertised a car at a great price, then when I'm there ready to buy, they will add in $1K-2K extra, as a normal practice. It's unethical, you'll pay more... than the advertised (and sales tax) for sure. When I brought this up to them, the Sales Manager said, "Yelp doesn't pay my checks"- (so they don't care!!) BEWARE, ad prices are good because they pad in extra costs once you are there. I recommend a more ethical dealer. Thank God for sites like Cars.com/Yelp to keep informed of bad businesses like this.
Great buying experience at Glendora Chevrolet The customer service was beyond compare . I worked on a deal Sales Rep Luis Espinoza even though he was... very busy he took his time with me to make certain that I was comfortable and completely satisfied . You could tell that he was very sincere and that he had a passion for his job. He steered me in the right direction to satisfy my needs and make sure that I got exactly what I was looking for. The process was very efficient as I was limited on time. Luis was my liaison between Mike the Sales Manager and Leslie the Finance Manager and made certain that the process was seamless . Mike an Leslie are both professional veterans at their job . I would recommend it to anyone that is why I am a return customer
I requested information online, salesperson was very helpful. I even filled out credit application online got approved and everything was ready for me... by the time I got there. Everyone was nice and friendly, I did not feel pressured. Overall, one of the easiest puchases I've ever made.
Friendly staff, but after an hour of paperwork, we found out it was all processed incorrectly and had to start all over

I was having my car checked out. When I turned on the air it seemed to vibrate. I was told there was nothing wrong with the air conditioner and that... it was most likely the motor mounts. When I asked if that could be checked also I was told that was a different department and that I would have to pay an additional 140.00 for it to be checked. I then asked if for every department that checked something had to be paid 140.00 just for checking and I was told "yes." Needless to say I will unfortunately will not be taking my car back to any dealership. Way to expensive!!

BUYERS BEWARE! I hope my experience with this horrible dealership will prevent you from time and headaches as they do not care about serving the needs... of the customers rather than their own pockets. I drove an hour to see a used Honda Accord Sport on Saturday (10/13) and was greeted by a friendly team member David. Took for a test drive and I loved the car. Sat down with Eddie who tried to give me his best pricing and while he gave me a lot of pressure, I informed him that I would like to take a day to think about his offer as there were two other dealerships I was in talks with. Then comes Roger (assistant sales manager) and he actually gave me a very good offer, but because it was a big purchase for me I thanked him for the offer and gave him my word that I will be back next day with my final decision and I did. I drove yet another hour and they gave me the VIP appointment. You know what this VIP appointment looked like? They were short-staffed and made me wait 45 minutes in the lobby until Roger came out to finally discuss my decision. Keep in mind, I was ready to buy this car and brought my down payment as well. Then everything went south. Roger decided to change his mind on the offer he gave me less than 24 hrs ago. And it turns out, they lied about the mileage. They advertised as 6,400 miles, but it turns out it was 11,200 miles! Then they changed the offer and increased $2000! I was so disgusted by their bait and switch and no apologies were given. Their website still says 6400 miles. Deceitful, dishonest, and shady! I also spoke to Edward who is the sales manager and explained all this to him. No apologies about my experience or the very fact they lied about the mileage. I hope no customer would go through what I went through with Glendora Chevrolet. Please, if you're reading this go to another Chevrolet dealership and save yourself the headaches.

We always take our truck to be serviced at Glendora Chevrolet. They are consistently great at diagnosis and repairs. There are very few mechanics who are... consistently good at diagnosis. From drop off to pick up, we are always happy!
