Ive had terrible experiences with Chevrolet Glendora but
Ive had terrible experiences with Chevrolet Glendora but this last time was the worst. Service advisor Jesus at Glendora Chevrolet was horrible. Non communicative. Wouldn’t look at a video of a clicking noise on my Tahoe. Ignored me and was rude. I went in for a 59.99 oil change and asked for a quote on changing the drivers side engine mount as well as check why my check engine light was on. When I went to pick up my Tahoe after only doing an oil change, I was hit with a $590 bill. Jesus, told me they charged me $230 to run EACH diagnostic. But I didn’t need a diagnostic run for the motor mount, and why charge $230 to plug in a scanner to my truck to check for a code to tell me which sensor was bad. Unbelievable! I’m so upset with Glendora Chevrolet I will never go to that dealership again for anything. And will not recommend Chevrolet to any of my friends or family
