I had an oil change 2 weeks ago and they didn't check my
I had an oil change 2 weeks ago and they didn't check my battery. I went and got my tire fixed and they checked my battery and told me it was bad. Battery check was suppose to be included with oil change per service advisor

Dealership took my car and sent me to a rental place, contracted a rental for me, didn't tell me when to pick up my car for 3 days then after I got my car back, the dealership did not pay the rental place for 6 months. Rental place charged me instead after 6 month period...

I would honestly love to be able to discuss matter, however, it very difficult to get in touch with staff at the dealership unless I’m there in person. Just like when the dealership sent me to Enterprise 6 months ago and did not contact me at all, even though I called to ask for an update every lunch time (12 pm) for 3 days. The technician that worked on my car was never available and never called me back after I left messages with the phone operator. Just give another example: Today is January 9, I called the delearship’s number after I saw you, Grant O’Dell respond to my review. I called that number at 2:25, no response. I tried calling the operator for anyone available at the dealership… the operator was not there and went straight to voicemail after a few rings. The communication and availability was just like that 6 months ago, and it’s still like that now..
