Went to your location because I received an email about a oil change special so I called and made an appointment the guy that answered the phone took my name and had all my information about what kind of what size the truck I had what year it was, and I was telling him about the special he told me to Let the service guy whoever comes and help me know about the sale . Iso when I got there, I told the guy I want a oil change in the tire rotation and a sale with whatever $59 he said that was for a smaller car so I told him I I would pay the difference in the oil, but he said it a different oil so I said why did they send me this coupon? If you already know what kind of truck do I have He didn’t answer anyway he to check out my truck in miles and said that I needed it a lot more things than I went there for I told all I wanted was the oil change and at that time I feel that he got a little upset And he told me the weight was gonna be 3 1/2 hours and I told him when I show up as without an appointment I usually wait like an 1 hour He said well within three hours 3 1/2 hours three hours, if he’ll give me a Uber Ride home so I took the ride home after four hours. I called down to Diamond Chevrolet the lady that answer the phone said she would find out if my truck was ready and call me then I receive a phone call saying it was ready. Went there to pick my truck . Got in my truck, and my front lug nut cover Fell off.on Highland st. I was kinda lucky that I seen it rolling to the side of me. I got off the truck you got it and put it on myself. Just snapped it back on, but I will never go back to that location anymore.
