Negotiate
1. they didn't honor the advertised price; $70,860 2. they did not have an addendum sheet displayed on the vehicle showing additional items they put on the vehicle like Spartan GPS, Cila-Jet, and Express Theft Code. These were only presented to us after we sat down with the salesman adding over $3K to the vehicle price. There isn't anything on the vehicle like a sticker or other markings to indicate these items were even installed. 3. They put the front plate bracket on the vehicle without even asking us if we wanted it. We had to sign a document stating it was OK for them to put it on during our document signing. 4. They had us fill out paperwork for an education incentive ($1000) and costco incentive ($500) but took that away by including the GAP insurance we didn't want. 5. There was only one option for an extended warranty ($4500) and I still don't know if that is the top of the line or bare minimum. I do know it was for 60 months or 100,000. 6. I guess my previous new care buying with my brother-in-law (salesman for Dodge/GMC/Jeep) made me vulnerable to not haggling because he would not add anything to a vehicle he didn't want on his own vehicle. 7. I blame myself for not standing my ground and negotiating which the majority of the time I do, but for some reason I didn't. I honestly believe we paid about $5,000 more than we should have. Lesson learned!

I needed some service on my car, Nathan was my service advisor and he was wonderful! Updated me along the way about the problem, the cost, and answered all my questions. He is so nice & makes sure you feel comfortable with what?s going on.

Scammers
I called and made an appointment for my battery being dead . They searched up my name and told me my battery is still under warranty. Once I arrived he searched me up again and confirmed my battery was under warranty so I wouldn?t have to pay anything, and ordered me a lyft because it was going to take a while. Later that evening I received a call from Gabriel saying that rodent?s damaged my pcm wires nd they would need the car for longer, which made no sense to me, but i said ok. The next day I called to see what was going on Gabriel told me that rodents didn?t damage my wires and they don?t know why the battery is draining, and he needs it for another day. I said ok again and patiently waited the next evening I received yet another call from Gabriel saying that it was in fact just a bad battery but now my battery isn?t under warranty and i have to pay either $475 for a new battery or $175 for the battery diagnosis. I then stated you told me my battery is under a 3 year warranty and you even checked before you took my battery that it was under warranty . He said no I didn?t its 2 years and it just expired, so you have to pay one or the other. Then upon arrival to purchase a new battery the price he told me for 475 went up to $575. I will never in my life come back to this dealership im warning anybody who will listen to never go here. You guys are very dishonest and scammers ive BBB and asked to start an investigation into your buisness. Gabriel is a rip off artist and i hope he gets fired. He really let my car sit for a week until the warranty expired so he can charge me what a piece of crap. you guys suck

Great Experience!
Joe Gotti and the Diamond Chevrolet sales team are true professionals and made my families recent car buying experience a great day! We got the exact vehicle we wanted and at the price we wanted and every step of the process was simple and clear! Hello went to diamond Chevrolet on the 27 of April my husband had talked to joseph gotti the night before joseph told us he had two of the trucks we were looking for one had just sold and he had the color white in this truck zr2 Silverado 4x4 joseph gotti sent us an email to make sure we were coming to the dealership and joseph gotti called us the day of to make sure we were on our way we were on the freeway we get to diamond Chevrolet and joseph gotti is not there a salesman gives him a call tells us he will be there in 10 minutes and has us go into joseph gotti office I see McDonald’s food nice and bagged up like he just got to work and was going to eat breakfast we sit down and this other worthless salesman sits down and pretends to want to help us they call him joseph gotti again and say he is on his way joseph gotti is a liar and does not care about your time and didn’t have the xxxxx to face us after he lied to us we live an hour away worthless dealership don’t waist your time with this place and the worthless salesmen that lie and and make excuses for the idiot joseph gotti This place gets a -5 in my opinion
