Brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in for recall work and for

Brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in for recall work and for a check on a noise that was knocking under the hood. Recall work done without an issue. However, we were told that it was not worth the effort to check the knocking noise, even though it was still under warranty.

My 1994 Jeep Cherokee was in for the driver side door

My 1994 Jeep Cherokee was in for the driver side door handle & lock fix. I could enter - & exit - ONLY by the FRONT PASSENGER SIDE door - an incredibly exasperating ordeal for a 91 year old! The center console door was broken during the process of entering from the front passenger side door & climbing OVER THE PASSENGER SEAT, CENTER CONSOLE and finally, into the DRIVER'S SEAT. In the end, the Driver side door handle & lock was replaced & the CONSOLE DOOR fixed in only 2 days. Service Mgr. CLIFFORD SMITH, his JEEP Service & Parts men are JEEP MAGICIANS & truly deserve an honest FIVE (5) STAR RANKING!!!!!

They gave us a false carfax report on our truck we

They gave us a false carfax report on our truck we purchased from them. The carfax they gave us showed no damage or accidents. However, this truck had been in a wreck with severe damage. We learned this when we went to trade it in.

I was well pleased with the work that was done on.

I recently had work done to my 2019 Ram 2500. I was well satisfied with the work and performance of the technicians. They were easy to work with and we’re dedicated to doing a great job.

Service is off the charts.

Service is off the charts. We were on our way home from fall break to Indiana and our tire pressure warning alarmed. We actually blew a tire on the way down, so we were over sensitive. We got so lucky to stop on their exit. The Shell station air compressor was out of order so we went to this dealer. Immediately, Lisa took control and asked her team to help get this family home. I was generally overwhelmed by the team, their hospitality and care. We made it home 500+ miles later. If I was remotely closer, I would do business with this dealership in a heartbeat. You could just feel it in the culture when you heard them greet (not stalk) customers and talk the people as a function of the car experience. Jeep and ram are pretty cool even though we’re VW people. Unlike at home, Not once did I hear the “we’re short staffed” mantra. Very cool dealership.

Horrible Experience!

If 0 was an option, it would be a 0! This dealership sold us a lemon and will not take the vehicle back or make it right! Over $3000 in trying to find the issue, and it still does jot run right!

The most sorry dealership I have ever been in touched...

The most sorry dealership I have ever been in touched with. Lied me about a suv. To me it was perfect. We agreed on price. Ran my 802 credit and then had the xxxxx to tell me the car had thrown codes and front Axel has issues. It’s the red Acadia still up on there site which the manager said they wouldn’t fix it and was a auction car. Needless to say I was pissed for them running my credit and telling me lies. I hate my credit dinged for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE

Sorry as xxxx

Lie about the suv. Told me lies from the beginning. Ran my credit at 802 and then had the xxxxx to let me know the car had issues. I take pride in my credit getting dinged. Needless to say it pissed me off Bf I don’t recommend anyone going here
