I bought my 2014 Avenger new from here.

I bought my 2014 Avenger new from here. I've been so blessed to have had so few repairs. I attribute it to the guys in the service department. They've always gone above and beyond for me. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Josh in the service department. He recognizes me and calls me by name as I walk in. He always contacts me with any issues found. I have never once been overcharged or misled. I highly recommend the dealership. I will buy my future cars from there because of the service provided. Josh is the best. Thanks for always being honest and friendly.

My daughter brought her jeep in to be serviced and Josh

My daughter brought her jeep in to be serviced and Josh is always so helpful . Scott the service manager is always a phone call away if I need anything and my service tech is Harley . We have purchased 8 vehicles from Robert Loehr and would never shop anywhere else . The best place ever for service and to purchase a vehicles . Lydell is your go to when you want to buy a vehicles .

Wonderful dealership!

I had a small problem with the service department and they were exceptional about “making thing right!” Management bent over backwards to make me happy! Very customer service oriented.

deceptive advertising

Dealership does not respond to information requests through any of the links on the website or their chat. The dealership ( or at least the salesman ) does not honor advertised sales prices and adds on hidden fees as well. Per Georgia law- While advertisers are allowed to put disclaimers explaining what is going into the cost of the vehicle, they may not try to hide the dealer fee by stating that additional fees may apply. This pricing requirement extends to any advertised price in any medium, including online advertisements, whether from third-party advertisers, such as AutoTrader, or on dealer websites. Failure to include a non-government fee in an advertised price is considered an unfair or deceptive practice, and therefore a violation of Georgia law.

Oil Change

About three months ago I had my first oil change at Robert Loehr. I was very satisfied with the service I received. The front line Tech was Cory. He was very professional, very polite and most importantly he answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Thanks Cory and the rest of the staffers for a very pleasant visit.

Not honest staff.

I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Very dishonest people. Bought a used truck and before I drove off the lot a tire sensor light came on they said it was a valve stem so they fixed it. Two days later tire flat again it was a bent wheel. Had to buy 4 new wheels. Either they knew the wheel was bent or their repair shop is incompetent.

Car not available

Posting cars on the internet, that’s not available. Like wow. I tried A dozen times to get a car from this dealership. The only response I got Was , somebody paid for the car already.

Great

Dealt with Beth and Josh. They both were very professional. Both helped me get answers to all my questions and concerns. Also the young lady Crystal who scheduled my appointment and checked me out was such a sweet heart. This is where I will remain a customer.

Very disappointed

Our experience when buying our car was phenomenal; the sales team was great and went above and beyond to make it a smooth, quick experience that ended with us having an SRT Durango that I absolutely love and that we can afford! HOWEVER, the service department has been very disappointing. The week that we purchased my vehicle, it started showing a message that the adaptive cruise control was malfunctioning. So I took it in to be evaluated. They determined it needed a new front camera, which had to be ordered. I made an appointment to return and brought the car in when the part had come in. I took the car in, and was informed that it would have to stay overnight. They gave us a courtesy vehicle that smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke, that my daughter's carseat smelled like it when we got it out. During this service, for some reason, they replaced the backup camera, breaking part of the back hatch plastic in the process. Additionally, they did not replace the front camera at first, stating that the part had not come in. I informed them that I had been notified that the part had come in, and that was the whole reason I was there. They went into the back and in fact, found the part that was supposed to be replaced and fixed it.They did not notify me of the broken back hatch when I picked up the car, but I happened to open the trunk and notice it before leaving that day. Again, that part had to be ordered and I was to return with the vehicle for it to be fixed. This made the 3rd trip to the service department, 45 minutes away from my home. Upon picking up the vehicle, they notified me that I was to pay $10 for the fuel that they had to put in the vehicle to drive it. I couldn't understand why they needed to refuel the vehicle when I dropped it off for minor repairs. It had well enough fuel in it when I dropped it off for them to drive it into and out of their garage. They were very rude during this encounter, and I vowed that I would never be back. On our first visit back to the dealer service department, I also asked them to evaluate the steering wheel lights, as the side with the cruise control buttons and the SRT symbol did not light up. The guy told me that he thought it was supposed to be that way, and refused to evaluate it to see if there was a problem. I looked online and found that every photo of an SRT vehicle did in fact have a steering wheel that had lighted controls along with the SRT outline lit up. I've since taken the vehicle to University Chrysler Dodge in Rome, GA, and they were able to take care of that problem for me. Their service department has provided a much better experience overall than Robert Loehr CDJR.

really disappointed

After getting talked into coming in and spending an hour there and test drove jeep cherokee just to get my hopes up. after all the paper work I am then told they cant do anything for me. I went through a nasty divorce and really needed this vehicle. Why wont people work with people that are trying really hard.
