    I would select 0 stars if I could. The most unprofessional and displeasing experience I have ever encountered: not even in regards to buying a car, but... in sales in general. I will start with this: I am a first-time car buyer, so I know that I do not know all of the ins and outs when it comes to buying a car, and I disclosed that information upfront, and asked for help and guidance along the way. Lightly put, I was given neither. Manuel was my sales consultant, and he was great. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and gave me all the information I was looking for. Within a couple days I told him I was ready to proceed and purchase the vehicle (for asking price, NOT trying to haggle), which is when he passed me onto his sales manager, Larry to "firm everything up". All I wanted was the final cost after tax, titles and fees. Larry calls me about 30 minutes later, playing "lets make a deal". I told him that I was confused and I was ready to purchase the vehicle for the asking price. After I told him how much I wanted to put down, he told me that that was too much and therefore he wouldn't be making enough money off of the interest from me. He then said that he will "see what [he] can do", and then hung up on me. THIS IS NO EXAGGERATION: I have followed up and reached out to this dealership a total of 10 times since. I have not been rude, I have simply told them that I was confused, and I asked what was going on, as I've never been left totally in the dark like this. I told them I was open to negotiation as well: no response. I have asked them if someone else was purchasing the vehicle: no response. I have asked if someone could just please reach out to me to guide me through what was happening: NO RESPONSE. I tried to keep this story short but this was as short as I could keep it. If someone at the dealership will reach out to me to AT LEAST address my concerns I will take this review down, but I'm assuming that won't happen. Again, the WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have ever encountered.

    I just purchased my second car from the dealership in less than 1 year. The staff is professional, pleasant and cannot do enough for you. They gave me... a great deal on the vehicle and even helped with a swap-up to a different car with more features after the original deal was completed. I travel from Century City to this dealership because they are fair, easy to work with, and keep their word. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    I was recently over at Audi of Oxnard shopping for a new car, as I was browsing the selection 2 employees would not leave me alone after I made it clear... multiple times that I was just looking, after I told them that they had been pestering me, one employee then replied "well you don't have to be rude about it", as I was talking in a calm voice. I would defitnley not recommend this place, if you don't wanted to be treated with disrespect.

    I bought an Audi TDI from DCH previously. Absolutely loved my TDI. Then everyone discovered VW did a little magic on the emissions. Well I decided to take... the buyback offer. It was a long and unknowing process. Steve Handler and Howard Schwartz were amazing through the process. They found me an absolutely amazing Audi A6 with everything on my wish list. They made sure I had my new car when Audi finally bought back my old car. I am so thankful for all of the support from DCH Audi, Steve Handler and Howard Schwartz to make sure I had the car I wanted when Audi bought my TDI.     I was originally interested in a 2008 Range Rover. I went through the application process over the phone...as they are more than 100 miles away. I originally... spoke to Alfredo, who was somewhat helpful...but then passed me off to another salesman, Andy. After three days of this and that...I called to check on my application. It turns out the car had been sold and they just kept stringing me along! NOT HAPPY! Found a better deal with a much better team! So I guess I should be elated...but not with DCH

    I have been driving my A4 since 2009 and will only let this Audi Service Dept touch my car. I am treated like a VIP whenever "Audi Bill" answers the phone....     Used manager and his staff including finance manager the worst I have ever had to deal with in the 20 +years my family and I have been buying audis.. We... have owned about every model .. I came a long ways to buy the car and nothing was ready and at the end I was left stranded as my ride there was long gone.. The sales manager told me to come get the car and so I did ..when I got there he wasn't even there and nobody new anything ... So I ended up walking to a near mall and waited for 6hours for my ride to come get me .. They could care less and when I called to speak to the manager of the whole dealer he never returned a call or anything .. I also contacted Audi noth america and filed a complaint.. I highly recommend any of the sevaral Audi dealers in a 100 mile radius but scratch this one they should not even have the privilege to represent the best quality name in the world at all...
