Called there service department and no one answered. Called several times and talked to some one but they couldn't answer my question transfer me over... to there parts department I tried taking to some one for about one hour.
I have owned Audi cars for over 12 years, this dealership truly makes the brand look bad. The sales people can be completely unprofessional and rude. We... went there a few times to look at cars, and had a good experience at first, but since we didn't buy a car there, they started to get ruder, and ruder. It reached the point where one of the sales person said my partner could not test drive a car unless he buys it, which sounded like a mild coercion. Last time we visited they said they lost the key to one of their cars! yet when we called the next morning one of the sales people, Larry said: "Of course we have the key"! when we asked... but when he realized he was talking to the same people who visited the previous night he said oh yes we lost the key, we will call you when we find it... It all sounded like a complete lie. AUDI Oxnard should just tell us we don't want your business here, but for legal reasons probably, they just rather treat people unprofessionally, and in a rude way. I would agree with another review here... This would never happen in Audi Beverly Hills. I have gone there several times to get parts for my car, and see new cars and service has been great. It has been the same with Audi Pacific. I have had the worst experience as an Audi customer at Audi Oxnard.
Ventura made the experience a great one. All who I worked with helped me to get the car I wanted at a price I wanted. Highly recommend this dealership
What a wonderful review, Mark! Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience. Here at DCH Audi of Oxnard, we train our staff to provide... only the best in both sales and service. Enjoy your new car, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to assist you in the future.
I took my 2016 Q7 for a couple of services to Audi Oxnard which is the closest dealership to where I live. The first service was a 10000 mile check. The... second was again a regular check and an oil change and an update. Each time they needed a whole day to complete the job. I was promised to be notified after the work was completed. In both instances I never received the call but had to call myself several times to get the status of my vehicle. In September 2019 I traded in the Q7 in for an e-Tron. As Audi Oxnard is the closest dealership I wanted to give them a chance to get my business. The offer that they gave me was so bad that I left without buying the vehicle at the Oxnard Audi dealership. Instead I purchased the car from the dealership were I got the Q7 three years before for a much better price. A few days ago I purchased another Audi. This time I did not even bother to to go out to Oxnard as their selection of the model was limited. Therefore I ended up getting my A8L at a different dealership. I had problems with the setup of my Audi App and needed help. So I turned to Audi Oxnard. I should have been warned from my previous experiences! Cesar from the service department referred me to a sales person. His first reaction after me explaining my problem was to ask me were I bought the car. He was very unenthusiastic and told me only because he is a “nice person” he would try to help me. After being in the car with me for less than 60 seconds without a result we went inside the dealership to his computer. My App was already set up on the phone and just needed some more input from Audi. Suddenly he decided that his help would stop right here and sent me back to my vehicle advising me I should try myself. Of cause this didn't work as he didn't submit the missing data. I went back inside, the person that I talked to was gone, and again asked for help in their service department. In a rather brisk tone I was told that Audi Oxnard was not willing to deal with my problem and I should turn instead to the dealership where I bought the car. Cesar was friendly but I am not mentioning the other names as I don't want anybody to get in trouble. Audi builds great cars and I have been owning their premium cars for decades. I have dealt with quite a few dealerships and had overall good experiences. But today's experience at Audi Oxnard was so disappointing that I felt the need to share this.
I would select 0 stars if I could. The most unprofessional and displeasing experience I have ever encountered: not even in regards to buying a car, but... in sales in general. I will start with this: I am a first-time car buyer, so I know that I do not know all of the ins and outs when it comes to buying a car, and I disclosed that information upfront, and asked for help and guidance along the way. Lightly put, I was given neither. Manuel was my sales consultant, and he was great. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and gave me all the information I was looking for. Within a couple days I told him I was ready to proceed and purchase the vehicle (for asking price, NOT trying to haggle), which is when he passed me onto his sales manager, Larry to "firm everything up". All I wanted was the final cost after tax, titles and fees. Larry calls me about 30 minutes later, playing "lets make a deal". I told him that I was confused and I was ready to purchase the vehicle for the asking price. After I told him how much I wanted to put down, he told me that that was too much and therefore he wouldn't be making enough money off of the interest from me. He then said that he will "see what [he] can do", and then hung up on me. THIS IS NO EXAGGERATION: I have followed up and reached out to this dealership a total of 10 times since. I have not been rude, I have simply told them that I was confused, and I asked what was going on, as I've never been left totally in the dark like this. I told them I was open to negotiation as well: no response. I have asked them if someone else was purchasing the vehicle: no response. I have asked if someone could just please reach out to me to guide me through what was happening: NO RESPONSE. I tried to keep this story short but this was as short as I could keep it. If someone at the dealership will reach out to me to AT LEAST address my concerns I will take this review down, but I'm assuming that won't happen. Again, the WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have ever encountered.
I just purchased my second car from the dealership in less than 1 year. The staff is professional, pleasant and cannot do enough for you. They gave me... a great deal on the vehicle and even helped with a swap-up to a different car with more features after the original deal was completed. I travel from Century City to this dealership because they are fair, easy to work with, and keep their word. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I was recently over at Audi of Oxnard shopping for a new car, as I was browsing the selection 2 employees would not leave me alone after I made it clear... multiple times that I was just looking, after I told them that they had been pestering me, one employee then replied "well you don't have to be rude about it", as I was talking in a calm voice. I would defitnley not recommend this place, if you don't wanted to be treated with disrespect.
Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Made my purchasing process quickly and easy!
I bought an Audi TDI from DCH previously. Absolutely loved my TDI. Then everyone discovered VW did a little magic on the emissions. Well I decided to take... the buyback offer. It was a long and unknowing process. Steve Handler and Howard Schwartz were amazing through the process. They found me an absolutely amazing Audi A6 with everything on my wish list. They made sure I had my new car when Audi finally bought back my old car. I am so thankful for all of the support from DCH Audi, Steve Handler and Howard Schwartz to make sure I had the car I wanted when Audi bought my TDI. Thank you Steve, Howard and the entire DCH Audi Team. #DCHAUDIOXNARD #SteveHandler #HowardSchwartz #AudiA6
I was originally interested in a 2008 Range Rover. I went through the application process over the phone...as they are more than 100 miles away. I originally... spoke to Alfredo, who was somewhat helpful...but then passed me off to another salesman, Andy. After three days of this and that...I called to check on my application. It turns out the car had been sold and they just kept stringing me along! NOT HAPPY! Found a better deal with a much better team! So I guess I should be elated...but not with DCH
