Bad service

Went to get car put on the machine to find out my air compressor had went out. I asked them to order it so I could get it fixed because keep in mind, it’s been 96 degrees here in August . My part was supposed to be there that Monday on the 14th. It came in but I got no call and they told me they were going to call me. So when I got off that afternoon, I called and they told me it was in. I was a little upset because I didn’t receive a call. Keep in mind that they were gonna charge me $2000 but I didn’t care because it was just that hot! So anyway after discussing that I could bring it Friday and I would have a car to drive to work so it could get fixed. Drove up there Friday morning and the guy I had been conversating with, had forgot all about me, confused because he even did a follow up! I had no car to drive to get to work so I had drive my car to work. He said he would send someone to pick it up. So I left and thought about the run around I have given and decided to cancel. I wouldn’t recommend this to use this service to anyone because I guess everyone isn’t important to them. Maybe they are doing really good in the service department and they didn’t need my service. I will never go back there again!!

Had to carry my new 2021 titan in for a warranty issue &

Had to carry my new 2021 titan in for a warranty issue & someone put something in the bed of the truck that scratched the paint. I know it’s a truck but I had not put anything in the bed & only had about 450 miles on it..Now no one will return my calls or address the issue. The staff was very helpful while I was trying to buy the truck but not so much now. I wish I had done more research before buy from this dealer.

I’ve been shopping for a new SUV for a couple week

I met Patrick a couple weeks ago from BArnescrossing Mitsubishi. In freezing cold and rain he patiently test drove several vehicles with me and my 9 years. This has helped me determine which vehicle Is best for my family. We’re still looking, but love their selections thus far.

Great service

Service was great. Buying was simple and easy. My salesperson was knowledgeable and personable. She was a joy to do business with. This is my second new car purchased from this dealership. I would not consider going elsewhere.

ROGUE READY !!!!!!!!

First of all I did an internet application on a Friday afternoon and they called me in a matter of minutes. She was very polite when she told me that it would probably be Monday before they could tell me anything ;since it was the weekend; Long story short,around 8:30 Saturday morning I received an email and text message asking for more info. 30 minutes later , if it was that long, a text came through telling me that I had been approved for a new vehicle. I did not believe it but I went in anyway. It was a very quick process. The most time was spent on me trying to decide which truck to choose. I am the proud owner of a NEW 2018 NISSAN ROGUE!!!!!!!!!!

Repair on an Infiniti

Candace did a great job taking care of my repair on my Infiniti. She was very knowledgeable with what would need to be done and the parts that would be needed. She was very efficient and helpful as far as getting me a ride back home and the repairs were done in the exact time frame I was given. Candace represented your company very well.
