Oil change nightmare on Cadillac CTS.

Oil change nightmare on Cadillac CTS. Drove the car out of town, when parked noticed it was leaking oil. Bought $40 worth of tools to find that the Tech., failed to install the O-ring properly on filter housing. 3 emails to Ashley in service went unanswered. If they can't be trusted to complete a simple oil change, I certainly wouldn't let them work on anything more complex.

Ladies of color gets ripped off with these people.

Ladies of color gets ripped off with these people. I bought my 2019 jeep there with a service package. Every time I get an oil change my vehicle is out of line. The original tires on my vehicle were replaced with bad tires with nails in them. They want over 900.00 for a new set. My start stop quit working, and had to get a new rack and pinion in my steering wheel that’s still making noises. Now the start stop battery keeps re charging and it keeps saying get engine service. If the start stop killed the battery, it should have all been covered under warranty. I had to wait over 2 months for the parts???? Why?? If. They couldn’t fix my vehicle right then they could have let me take it to the keep people. I’m soooo dissatisfied and still waiting on a response about my battery that y’all want 300.00 for.

Selling my used car was easy and FUN!

AWESOME experience selling my used 2018 RAV4 hybrid. They could not have made it easier. Text and emailed all info, came to pick it up at the location of my choice, had check in hand, signed bill of sale and clear title and took the keys. I needed a copy of the fully signed title to submit to NC DMV several months later and they went through their archives and found it and texted it to me. AWESOME customer service, highly recommend selling a used car to them.

Outstanding Service

On Friday, 21 July, while on our way home from a camping trip, we encountered some issues with our GMC diesel truck. I quickly searched for a nearby dealership/service and located one in Newberry, SC. With our fifth-wheel camper attached, we pulled in, and my husband went inside to talk to service personnel. He quickly returned and said they were going to see us! They helped him back in our camper so he could detach, and soon our truck was in a garage bay. From the moment we entered the facility, everyone was kind and caring. We had our little dog with us, and everyone went out of their way to make sure she was cool, hydrated, and comfortable. A special shout-out to Lynn, Dylan, and of course, Drew Senn, the technician, for getting us operational and staying late to make it happen. Mr. Trainor, you can be proud of your staff. They went above and beyond, and we are truly grateful.
