Chevy cruze service and repair
I have taken my 2012 Chevy cruze into the local Clovis NM Bender GM world location. These guys really go out of their way and stand by their word as well as work. Today I was having car problems again, there have been a few recalls on my vehicle and unfortunately I am dealing with them at the moment. I was trying to figure out how I was going to pay for a rental while stressing on the fact it is near the end of the month and this is when all my bills are due. The lady Jennifer In customer service offered to get me a rental to use in the mean time (which is honestly one of the nicest and safest cars I have ever driven) so I do not miss work. Two men names Paul and Curtis whom work in the service department have great customer service and have always worked me in, today they were booked full and were able to help me out. I have been thinking about trading in my car, and spoke to a man named Curry. He went out of his way to give me information and told me he would work with me on a monthly payment I could afford. I am astonished at how honest and professional the employees at this location are. I honestly do not feel like a dollar sign they see when I walk in. They are down to earth and honest.... a car company that is honest guys! I was so hesitant taking my car in at the beginning but these guys have proven me wrong. I am so grateful for their help and letting me use a rental to get to work. No one does that now a days, no one! I would 100% recommend anyone buying a car from this location or even just getting service done. Go see these guys, you won't be disappointed, thank you for your help everyone at Bender. It means more to me then you even know! I was having such a bad day but once I got to your location my frown turned into a smile and my stress went away!

Best Chevy dealer!
I have bought a few vehicles from Robert Morales. Robert is extremely knowledgeable with the vehicles and helped me do a pro and con list of what I wanted and what the correct vehicle for me should be. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I bought. The whole team at Bender is awesome from sales to service to finance. These guys are slick, they quoted me a lower interest rate then put in a higher one. Read your paperwork they are counting on you not reading it. Watch them they are shady car dealers

Best experience by far that I?ve ever had at a car dealership and it?s all because of Jaidyn Stagner. I would recommend him and the dealership to anybody that is looking for a car . He is very patient , informative & friendly .

Service was completed in a timely fashion, and the dealership even gave my wife a ride to the dealership to pick up our car.

Very good and efficient service. Paul in service department always does a great job of coordinating service. I dropped off my pickup at 0730 and was called at 0815 that the oil change was completed. They do all of my oil changes and vehicle maintenance because they can be trusted!!!!!!!!!!!!

Courteous service staff. The car was ready 2 hours ahead of schedule. That doesn't happen very often so it made my day a pleasant experience.

I brought in my Cadillac CTS to have the transmission fixed.They had my car for 6 months and when I finally got it back, they gave it back to me still BROKEN!They fixed the transmission but there was another problem with my car so they had to keep it for....well today is the 2 week mark! And they told me last Friday (Febuary 3rd,2017) it would be ready, and guess what?ITS STILL NOT!
