Maintenance

Service department is excellent- always take care of any issues without fail. The cashiers are excellent, friendly and helpful. I will return to Allen Tillery for all my vehicle repairs and purchases.

Great experience

Herman Hunter was my sales person. He made everything run smoothly, kept me in the loop while my truck was in transit, and wasn?t pushy at all. I have never had anything but a good experience at Allen Tillery.

Tire road hazard cut and tire needed replacing... Gave me enough air til it could be installed later. Gave me a ride to work. Installed very quickkly. Picked me up at my office and took me to my car... Why would you use anyone else?

I have purchase several vehicles from Allen Tillery Auto over the past 20 years and do all my servicing there. Wonderful people who take my needs personal. I would not even consider doing business anywhere else. I love my dealership!

Fuel pump

2015 z71 four-wheel-drive four-door transmission went out on it, it wasn’t under warranty at from the dealership I went an got extended warranty. The Extended warranty paid for the transmission never seen any receipt on the transmission on my receipt it said fuel pump replaced $2100 they made me pay when I went to pick it up actually it was 2300 and then the girl after I told her I don’t have that!! I barely had two grand and she scratched it out and put $2100 xxx!!! I didn’t have the truck 90 days yet!! Haven’t even put tags on the truck. Yes they put Brand New transmission from GM. But I don’t see where they change the fuel pump and also on the fuel pump which cost over $1700 in labor?!? there’s no recognizable in the area where you need to change the fuel pump that there anybody even worked on the truck in that area you would see if it was worked on. The truck besides the shifting part the check engine light, was on when it is in park N the whole thing Misses and shakes real bad, the motor mount is broke they said they did a “full inspection” on the truck the O2 sensors thrown a code literally all they did was put a new transmission in charge the warranty company $6200 and then went ahead and charge me $2100 for somebody’s pocket!! I want my money back that was the money I was in use to put tags on the truck!!! I have three kids and a wife and I can’t afford to give $2100 away just because!! I don’t know Its just sad to do people like that If we don’t resolve the situation between I will take another step further and seeing my lawyer and taking it to court because that’s bull crap!! I’ve already went to master tech automotive and they didn’t clarify that nobody’s touch the fuel pump in his truck in a few years!!

Spoke with a salesman.

Spoke with a salesman. He offered us a deal on a car. We test drove it went the next day to buy and the sales manager pulled the deal. Called the salesman old and senile. This sales manager happens to be the owners grandson. He’s a jerk. Wouldn’t waste my money on that place.

was surprised to be in and out in less than an hour. barely got my water drank and my car was ready. way to go! thanks to the Hot Springs Chev company for great service and quick as well.
