Allen Tillery Chevrolet

Came in unannounced for an oil change and fuel filter change. Fastest service to date.

Unresponsive to messages and phone calls tried to put a deposit to hold a car , never heard back from them.

I have bought every new car I’ve had at Allen Tillery in Hot Springs. Can’t say enough good things about the dealership. I have a Camaro SS that I bought from Allen Tillery and all of my service goes through the dealership. My oil changes and other things that had to be addressed in the service area. Not one time have I been treated less than from anyone there. Yes I know about cars and work on cars but they not one time questioned me with an issue with my car. Drove there and they took care of it. Had bad hail damage few years back and used the Body Shop there also. There was no question who would work on my car. Good experience. Anyone that knows me will tell you I’m very picky with my car and they are the only dealership that will ever work on my car because I know it will be done correctly and I trust them to take care of my car while it’s in their care.

Guest (01/29/25 18:43:33 pm): I bought Chevy Equinox Diesel in 2019. Great mid-size car with the Premium package. One week ago, the car would not start, it was cold that morning. Had it towed to Aleen Tillery. Here are the excuses that they told me:<br/>Friday: Did not have time to look at it<br/>Saturday: I am the only one here, <br/>Sunday: Closed<br/>Monday: nothing done<br/>Tuesday: Cannot pull it in it is all wheel drive<br/>Tuesday afternoon: It is a 2 wheel drive, not all wheel drive. Excuses: The brakes are locked.<br/>Wednesday: All the bays are full, so I ask to speak to the manager<br/>Wednesday: Talked to service manager David, he said Diesel have a two weeks backlog on a national average. Did not rotate the tires,which was included in the payment All tires low pressure, shouldn't they be checked and inflated Sometimes.not even sure they changed the oil

I am impressed with my experience at Allen Tillery. My sales person, Cindy Sliger was fantastic. I highly recommend anyone give her a call for their transportation needs. No high pressure purchase. Everyone I worked with at Allen Tillery was top notch. I am a pleased customer.
