Easy Brrezy with mr angel and grainger nissan

Just bought the car I wanted it

I got to tell everybody grainger Nissan of Anderson and angel Reyes is awesome it’s a great car dealership to go check out you will love it trust me you will love it

Best Day of my Life!!!

Today was a very good day it started yesterday when Bill, Kamrul, John the service manager was asking me what kind of car I drive John told me he was sorry I laughed because he said come get a Nissan get rid of Tucson Mr. Hasan said Miss Jennifer what kind of car do you drive I told him and he told me to come back with my Hyundai and they'll work something out for me for trade. Bill said come back and see me to get your Rouge and what color you want!!!! I was laughing very hard because they were had me sold to getting a Nissan I was told them I'd be back I came back the very next day and ended up really traded my car and leaving in a 2018 Nissan Rouge!!! I'm sooooo excited these guys have really done their all to help me get into a Nissan today along with very reasonable payments get GAP included it's really a great deal. I'm thankful for coming in today and meeting them because they made it happen and my Uncle William Miles Jr. came in yesterday and got a great deal with his Nissan Rouge, my sister Rogeline Amisial got into a Nissan Sentra as well and loves it!!!

Our "service" experience

Took my 2015 Nissan Rouge in for scheduled oil change....out team leader "Tim" was right there the minute we drove up. He got us right in without ant wait time. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. This is the second time Tim has helped us & we are very satisfied all around. Offered to get us anything we might need & kept us informed of the progress...when they were finished he had them drive our car into a bay area as my husband has trouble walking at times, he had triple heart bypass surgery, plus still in kidney failure & on insulin for severe diabetes. WE REALLY APPRECIATE TIM & his blue team. THANK YOU TIM!

Bait and switch!

My cousin found on line Black 2017 Nissan Frontier Pro 4x for $29,000 he went there on April 17 he loved it the salesman told him he could have it for $23,000.My cousin got the salesman card he wrote his name Make Model mileage and price $23,000 gave it to him. My cousin. has a disability he was so excited about the truck. He called me told me how good they were. I helped him get the insurance so he went on Saturday. April 21 to get the loan they feel out all information gave him his payment amount which was so high he turned ask the saleman how much are you charging me he said$29,000! He told no that's not what you told me He got so hurt because he could not afford that high amount. Then this is where he made fun of him he ask him over and over "WHAT Do You Want With A 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK!!! You Need a 2wheel drive then he told him I made a mistake. I wrote down the wrong price. You can't have it for that price. You were looking at the 2 wheel drive truck. That is a lie he needed a 4 wheel drive. My cousin called me all upset about what they did. I told him it called bait and switch to get him to pay a higher amount! I thought about it the rest of weekend. I am so mad so I called the manager on Monday Anothony Richie I told him what happened I told him my cousin came there to buy a truck they switched prices I told him he has a card with the salesman name Malek Hamze it has 2017 Nissan Frontier Pro 4 x mileage N3205A $23,000 I ask him I could send it to him he said no! He said the Saleman said he was looking at the 2 wheel drive and he wrote the wrong price. I told him ihe did not he only look at the black truck Because he needed the 4wheel drive.is called "Bait and Switch! He then told me a lie he said he was with the salesman when he told my cousin he made a mistake! I told him he uses numbers all day long there is no way he made a big mist like that then he made fun of me he said he was going to go tell him not to make no more mistakes. Then out of the blue I guess I will never know why he wanted to know was my cousin the one that drove the beat up truck!!!!!!He also said they were nothing he could do. He told me he would call me back after he talked to the saleman!! He never did! All I can say becareful because the take advantage of disable people make fun of customers and they "Bait and Switch prices"! Think they did him so wrong!!!!

Great all around Service!

I has a wonderful experience with this dealer from start to finish, it has been a very unstereotypical dealership and I love my Nissan. I can say I strongly recommend Grainger..

Got a versa with a really good price

Got a previous year model versa with a really good price. People are nice there. The whole experience is just great. I would recommend Grainger Nissan of Anderson to others.

Instant Cash Offer

I received a KBB instant cash offer for my 2010 Nissan 370Z and was told Grainger Nissan in Anderson was a participating dealership and would honor this offer once they inspected the car. I received an email from The dealership saying "Consider your car sold" bring it in to complete the process. I called Steve at the dealership to let him know I had received the KBB instant cash offer and my car was in excellent condition except for needing two new rear tires, which I assumed would be deducted from the instant offer I received. He assured me I would receive a fair offer and it would possibly be higher than the instant offer I had received from KBB. After driving 90 minutes to this dealer and a quick inspection of my car, I was told the offer was almost $1,200 less than the instant KBB offer. I expected it to be a little less to cover the two new tires, but not $1,200 less. This "instant offer gimmick" is just a way to get you into the dealership when they have no intention of giving you anything close to the so called Instant Cash Offer. Very unfair practice. Stay away from Grainger Nissan and KBB Instant Cash Offers.

Excellent service department and personnel

Had a problem with my vehicle and immediately drove it to dealership. Even though I was a "walk-in," they had the car in the garage area, evaluated and parts ordered within an hour. Gave me an appointment for 9 AM NEXT day for repair. Repair was done in about an hour, which was less than they estimated. Service advisor took time to walk me to my car, look at what they had done and discuss it with me. The amenities in the waiting area were very good. Excellent service and no question about it being a warranty issue.

Poor service Department

Tried to call service manager for four days with no return call. Had to make a special trip down there to talk to him. He told me he would cheeck into my problem and call me by the end of the day which he did not do.
