    I just bought my car there a few months ago and the Catalytic Converter needs replaced and I already need new tires. So, I get to smell rotten eggs (sulfur)... if I accelerate too hard! I have went to the Quick Lane where you get your oil changed - that is supposed to be included in whatever plan I have, and the two times that I have went they were not very helpful at all with explaining what the plan that I have from when I purchased my vehicle actually covers. They acted as if it was some type of chore! My first visit to get my oil changed I sat there for over two hours. The second visit I made to get my oil changed that is supposed to be free, a guy came out to me at the last minute (AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED) and said I owed him $50. They ended up correcting that and I did not have to pay anything, but I got to the Service department around 1 o’clock and I did not leave until around 5 o’clock. No one should have to sit there that long to get an oil change. To top the whole situation off, my TPS light was on after I left and I checked the pressure in my tires and they put 65 pounds of air in my tires. It’s almost like they wanted them to pop driving down the highway. It was completely ridiculous! Oh, Forgot to mention that it took literally almost 3 months to get a tag for my vehicle. I had to go back to the dealership which is 30 minutes from my house to get more temporary tags. I still can’t believe they sold me a year old vehicle with a bad Catalytic Converter! I told them about it and no one ever called me back. Go figure.

    Thursday 9/12/19 we bought a used 2018 Ford F150. I told Dave Chappell our salesperson EXACTLY what I wanted. He listened to everything I said and found... me my truck. He was professional, courteous, caring and made the shopping/buying process easy and enjoyable ! I will HIGHLY recommend him to everyone who is looking for their next vehicle purchase. And Jessie was wonderful in getting us the payments we wanted. Please look up Dave when your ready to buy. You wont regret it !!!!!!

    This dealership service department has had my truck 2 times for 10 days each and the diesel mechanic has not fixed it yet. Not given a loaner until I fussed... to a manager in another department. Been a Ford family since childhood and this is my 4 th Ford truck Will be getting rid of it because these dealerships here cannot service it. No phone calls from complaint filed from service manager. No communication. Had to pay 85.00 first tow. Second tow cost me 150.00. No offer to reimburse. Lousy service !!!!! Would not recommend. Buy a Chevy or Dodge.

    Anderson Ford in Anderson SC. Buyers BEWARE By far the worst dealership around. The GM and service manager will not return my calls. I have a 2013... truck that was purchased new from this dealership. The truck has been "repaired" 7 times for various issues. The service manager told me this dealership currently does not have any qualified Ford technicians to do warranty work. My truck will hopefully be repaired by Benson Ford in September 2018. It is obvious this dealership is a scam. They will not even tell you who owns the dealership and Ford Corporate could care less if a dealership ruins their reputation. Anderson Ford has caused Ford to lose a customer for life.

    I went to buy a car today that was advertised for $6000 off on the internet. When I got there they showed me a discount of $3500. When I asked why not... the $6000 do they think I was stupid. So then they offered me $5500. I left
