Just purchased a new 2025 F-150 Platinum.

Just purchased a new 2025 F-150 Platinum. Adam Lacey was amazing! Made the process super simple, was incredibly easy to work with, and knowledgeable on the vehicle!

Great service all-around - they were able to pick-up and

Great service all-around - they were able to pick-up and deliver my vehicle as scheduled (great PU/Return Team) for warrantee repair service (pillar trim replacement). Work was done on time and looked great. Parts and Service department staff were knowledgeable and courteous. The only drawback was it took 9 months to get the part, but once it arrived, I was notified, and the replacement was scheduled. Been a customer for over 20 years; never disappointed.

This is my second purchase from Anderson Ford.

This is my second purchase from Anderson Ford. I returned because the staff has been courteous and knowledgeable and the service has been excellent. This time was no different. Dylan, our salesman, was knowledgeable, answered questions, explained features (especially the computerized aspects). He and the financial gentleman worked with us on a price that was amiable to both parties. We were encouraged to make a list of features we did not understand so they could work us through them. So far, I am very happy with my new Explorer and the service we have received.

Pricing they show on website is incorrect.

Pricing they show on website is incorrect. Apparently they include every promo available , then when you visit the dealership it just disappears. No one even ask to see if you qualify. Very misleading and borderline false advertising. Dallas the salesman stated he did not know what was even listed on web page. If that’s true, it doesn’t speak well about the caliber of employees there. I was curious as to why I was the only customer, now I know.

Went to have car door fixed, my understanding was only

Went to have car door fixed, my understanding was only two parts needed and door would work normally. That is not the case. Very disappointing, especially for the amount of money I spent.Makes one feel taken. Will not be recommending anyone to visit for any services. I would only consider going back if I buy a car and it’s under warranty.

I had an excellent time buying my new truck.

I had an excellent time buying my new truck. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. I laughed out loud several times. Dylan, my salesman, was knowledgeable and pleasant. In fact, everyone I came in contact with represented the dealership well. I hardily recommend Anderson Ford.
