Scheduled oil change

Overall score is brought down due to the terrible customer relations. The service technician that checked me in developed an attitude immediately when I asked him about getting a loaner. No loaners allowed for oil changes! This will be very quick! An hour and 45 minutes later, I checked the progress on my truck. Found it parked in the service entry area but not in a service bay. The drivers door was open the dome light had already gone out! I asked if it was ready and was told they were getting ready to preform the recall procedure on the regeneration temperature. Two hours after checking in for a scheduled tire rotation, oil change and recall procedure I was finally released from the waiting area! The loaner cars were parked on the lot the entire time I was there! On the back window of each loaner car a sticker says HOME OF THE FREE LOANER. I bought my truck here and am treated disrespectfully when checking in and can?t get a loaner as in other dealerships during service.

Engine problems

The staff was very professional and delivered what they promised. They fixed my 2019 Malibu that would not run and in a timely manner. I am very impressed and would highly recommend Wilmes for all your service needs.

Great good job good place to buy new truck always get what I want

I had wilmes work on a GMC Acadia and redid the timing...

I had wilmes work on a GMC Acadia and redid the timing belt on the engine, and it worked for a short time after that, and the engine went out, but they would refuse to look and see if the work they had done previously had anything to do with it why the engine went out and they said the previous work had warranty. Not impressed at all with the service department.👎

Man, is this review ever late!

My parents bought all of their cars through Wilmes for a pretty long time. After my parents passed, I ended up having to sell mom's camaro back to them per her probate, and Randy Hamm oversaw my first new car purchase. Since then I've had two more brand new cars. Nobody has given me the treatment Randy did, till about a year ago. I moved away. My little old wireless company I worked for doesn't exist in Tampa Florida. I'm looking at you US Cellular. No, you can't get calls on their network here either lol. Anyways. Instead of selling phones, I decided to sell cars. 1/2 of my success I blame on stubbornness. The rest, that Wilmes customer service that has stuck with me all of these years. People! You want to buy a car here! If you're in Altus Oklahoma there is no reason not to! If I could, I would fly home for my next Camaro and drive it back down here. (I don't sell Chevy, but I'm a Chevy girl. Shh!) I'm serious when I tell you that the rest of the world isn't going to give you small town service. They're going to forget you when you leave. They're not going to remember your name. They're not going to send you cards and cookies and make you feel valued. I mean, some of us will. Thanks for showing me the way Randy! Big city volume stores love down home country girls. Lol!
