Engine problems

The staff was very professional and delivered what they promised. They fixed my 2019 Malibu that would not run and in a timely manner. I am very impressed and would highly recommend Wilmes for all your service needs.

New car

Great good job good place to buy new truck always get what I want


I had wilmes work on a GMC Acadia and redid the timing...

I had wilmes work on a GMC Acadia and redid the timing belt on the engine, and it worked for a short time after that, and the engine went out, but they would refuse to look and see if the work they had done previously had anything to do with it why the engine went out and they said the previous work had warranty. Not impressed at all with the service department.👎


Man, is this review ever late!

My parents bought all of their cars through Wilmes for a pretty long time. After my parents passed, I ended up having to sell mom's camaro back to them per her probate, and Randy Hamm oversaw my first new car purchase. Since then I've had two more brand new cars. Nobody has given me the treatment Randy did, till about a year ago. I moved away. My little old wireless company I worked for doesn't exist in Tampa Florida. I'm looking at you US Cellular. No, you can't get calls on their network here either lol. Anyways. Instead of selling phones, I decided to sell cars. 1/2 of my success I blame on stubbornness. The rest, that Wilmes customer service that has stuck with me all of these years. People! You want to buy a car here! If you're in Altus Oklahoma there is no reason not to! If I could, I would fly home for my next Camaro and drive it back down here. (I don't sell Chevy, but I'm a Chevy girl. Shh!) I'm serious when I tell you that the rest of the world isn't going to give you small town service. They're going to forget you when you leave. They're not going to remember your name. They're not going to send you cards and cookies and make you feel valued. I mean, some of us will. Thanks for showing me the way Randy! Big city volume stores love down home country girls. Lol!

Very Bad service

Ok, a couple of days ago, I scheduled an appointment to have an oil change here. I have a Chevy Equinox 2013 and I bought it from them Wilme's Chevy. Today my wife took the car, and they put a wrong oil type. luckily I checked my bank account balance and saw the notice I was charged less, $29. which I usually am charged $35. I called them and asked if there was a discount or the oil price got lower, but I was asked to take the car back and recharge the oil to get the right type of OIL. So, watch out for their service. If I would not notice, I would go more than what I had to on the oil ( they put regular instead semi-synthetic oil.) and I would jack up the engine due to their fault. WATCH OUT.
