Service and parts people friendly but NO one wears a...
Service and parts people friendly but NO one wears a mask. Said they needed to order a part and would have it the next morning. They also would email me my paperwork receipt for the work they did do that day (a recall). 48+ hours later no receipt or call about the part or appointment. I have had much better interpersonal service at Lake Keowee Dodge even though I own a Ford.

The service department was fast and efficient! I got my first oil change and tire rotation for free. Everyone was friendly and helpful ,I will be back to get another service on my vehicle.

Zack and others in the sales department were very helpful in assisting the sale of a used vehicle which should serve us well. They were up front about trade-in values and other issues of the purchase. I am still awaiting a part which was in need of replacement and promised yesterday.

Very fast process! They had me in a Super Duty in less than an hour and a half, and I had only planned on looking around! They were able to get me a truck that I loved and a payment that I was comfortable with and I was sold!

Dishonest - tried to get more money after the sale
Worst Vehicle buying experience ever. During the negotiations we agreed on a price which included the truck, boxlink, and 2 keys. Time was needed to get the keys so after a couple of days I was told there was no room in the deal to provide the keys and I could buy them at there cost (something like $300). I told the salesman that was unacceptable and I wrote an email to the 3 leaders identified on the website. I then received a call from the salesman saying they would get me the keys after I gave them an excellent rating. After more confrontation I got the keys. The bright spot is the young lady is service.
