Had the works package which consists of oil and filter change, tires rotated,and multi-point inspection. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Was asked several times if I was being helped or needed anything by several different people.

Last week I purchased a used F150. All the sales staff that I dealt with were polite and helpful, especially Dustin who was able to assess my criteria and find the truck I wanted expeditiously. In fact I bought the first truck he showed me. The entire process took only 2 hours. All my questions and concerns were answered and explained clearly. My only complaint is that in my over 50 years of purchasing vehicles this was the first time that I was sent away from the dealership without a full tank of fuel!

Pulled up to the dealership and had spoken the day before about a truck. They had it sitting up front waiting for me as I pulled up. Saw that it wasn't the truck for me so Ryan and Dylan walked the lot and explained everything on each truck we looked at. The guys here are very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. We saw the car online and the dealership that carried the car. Josh helped us with the paperwork then we went to Don at financing. Everything was fairly simple.
