Smith INFINITI of Huntsville

Last October I visited Smith Infinity Service department in Huntsville, AL, seeking an alignment job for my QX56. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply unsatisfactory. Despite two return trips to address the issues stemming from their initial work, the problem persisted, resulting in the premature wearing out of two sets of tires. Even after expressing my concerns to the management, the offered resolution—a mere $100 discount on new tires, which still amounted to a significant expense—felt inadequate given the inconvenience and safety concerns caused by their subpar service. Overall, my experience with Smith Infinity Service department left me deeply dissatisfied. I would caution others to thoroughly consider their options before entrusting their vehicle to this establishment. The problems they created were finally corrected by Pep Boys on memorial pkwy sw.

All of my vehicles I have are Infiniti. Very reliable and dependable. I love the fact you are able to drop off and other means of transportation is given to you. The average person in this area are working professional people. The means of being able to get around is very important. Smith Infiniti provides that to you. Other dealership should follow that same process.

This is the absolute best dealership I’ve had the pleasure of buying my last two cars from. I just recently bought my first brand new car. They made the whole process so quick and easy. Matt Sanders is top notch. He’s very professional but also personable. It’s like I’ve known him for years. I can’t forget Brandon who got the ball rolling until Matt came in on his off day. I’m telling you this place treats you and each other like family. There wasn’t a single soul that didn’t say hi to me. I can’t remember everyone’s names but just know they will treat you like family. Although they’re big Bama fans and I’m an Auburn fan, I still love this place. Lol!

I don't typically use dealerships for vehicle servicing. However, I had great service at this location. Staff is professional. Comfortable waiting room is available. Service is prompt.

I never take my vehicle to any other place. I always have a feeling of assurance that no matter the problem I may have with my vehicle, I'm getting honest, experienced service at Smith Infiniti. Their customer service is 101%. This is my second SUV from them (one in 2011, the other 2020). I still have the 2011 and it has well over 300 thousand miles on it, and still going strong.

Driving on the lot I was unsure what I really wanted. Brandon, the salesman was very knowledgeable and made the purchase a very pleasant experience. Smith Infiniti has created an environment that makes the car shopping experience easy.
