Got the free wipers .

Got the free wipers . Audrey was very prompt and courteous . They had us in and out in 5 minutes. It was a very cold blustery day and Audrey and her team were outside during the Christmas rush but acted like they were all happy to be there.

Absolutely terrible!

Absolutely terrible! Our family has bought and loved Ford vehicles for years. Our son goes to the university of North Alabama and it is five hours away from home. His F 150 truck started acting up and so he took it by there. They charged him $200 And did absolutely nothing. They told him when he left that he would have to have his whole transmission replaced and gave him some gosh awful price. My husband and I both called the service department multiple times and we could never get anyone to tell us anything. They always gave us names and said people would call us back and no one ever called us back. We finally told our son to take it to another mechanic and he was able to fix something inside the transmission for less than $1000. We really appreciated him taking care of our son but very disappointed in the Ford dealership.

We are terribly sorry for the experience that you had with our Service Team recently, Wendy. We never intended for the quote to give such sticker shock when pricing transmission work. We understand that's a steep expense, and we only ever recommend that type of repair on a vehicle with high mileage. Great service.

Great service. I had an oil change and tire rotation. Did not take very long and I was on my way. I recommend these guys for your next oil change.

Their service was a step above!

Their service was a step above! I have never been to such a friendly dealership, that honestly worked with me one-on one. They helped me and my family find the perfect vehicle to fit our needs, and I have loved my Volkswagen Taos! Mr. Teddy Carrow was especially helpful. I will definitely be recommending this business to others.

Long-Lewis Ford is a cut above the rest! Fair, transparent, pricing. They do what they say will and can do. Service has been a delight as I drive over 40 miles to their facilities ilo of going to my local Ford dealer. As an example, local dealer quoted 30 days out to do a recall that was a reflash of the BCM. Long-Lewis got me an appt in 7 days. Got another recall, one to enhance the previous one, and they got me in less that 5 days. They have an awesome service department that is exceptional in their communications skills. They truly care about the customer!! Thanks so much for keeping me safe!
