I am not pleased with this service department! They uplugged my sensor and never plugged it back in, took my engine cover and never put it back, and then told the other company that was towing my car to press a button to find out which car is mine! What kind of service is this!

We sincerely apologize for your recent experience with our service department. Providing exceptional service is our top priority, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. After reviewing the situation, we agree that we dropped the ball. The oversight with the sensor and the engine cover was unacceptable, and we truly regret the inconvenience it caused. We did send someone out to put the engine cover back on, but that step alone doesn’t make up for the frustration you experienced. Additionally, asking you to locate your vehicle on your own is not part of our process, and we will be addressing this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We want to make this right. Dealership Plays Games, False Pricing
Contacted this dealership about a truck that was listed online at a certain price, well below other dealers. Called and told them I wanted the truck, asked about the price which they confirmed it at the online price. When I got the paperwork they tacked on $5,000 to what they told me, this is pre-tax, title, etc. They added $5,000 just to the vehicle price. Asked them what that is all about. They "made a mistake" and sent me new paperwork still at $3,000 over the original price. I asked him what was going on with the BS price, to which he explained that there were already 3 other people calling on the truck (typical) and they have to list prices that low to get foot traffic so people call. Side note: The first salesman I talked to here told me I was the first one to call on the truck....if that gives you a better explanation of this dealership.

Our online prices should be the same as in the dealership. (unless technical difficulties caused a delay in website updates. All of our prices are set to market based upon an unbiased third party.. All of our New vehicles prices reflect the rebates that everyone could qualify for unless they weren't able to due to different reasons, such as credit issues. Great Customer Service
I gave my interest in a vehicle trough an email and the dealership quickly replied. They kept in touch with me for a few days until I let them know I had purchased a vehicle closer to my residence. The dealership then told me they hoped I enjoyed my new vehicle, and I received no further communication. In my opinion that is a very good way to handle business and I will always keep this dealership on my radar if I decide to get another vehicle.

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for more than twenty years, primarily because they have been known to live up to their goal of "perfection in integrity, honesty and care". My most recent experience has changed that. I will spare you the details of my experience and simply recommend that you avoid doing business with the dealerships Mr. Reginald (Reggie) James, as I have found him to be dishonest, and not in keeping with the longtime proven standards of this dealership. If you choose to do business with this dealership, I recommend you ask for Mr. Mike Foye, as I have always found him to be of great integrity and character.

Service desk staff have always been very friendly and hospitable. The quality of any repair I received from this place has been good, nothing against their work in the service section. Labor fees are very high. Ensure you ask up front what your labor fee will be. Ended up paying over 500 bucks to have 2 thermostats replaced, the majority of the cost was labor. Your car will be taken care of, just be ready to pay. Been going to this facility for 6 years and this last week will be my last time.

Thanks for the feedback Dan. Checked with our Service Manager who informs me that we did, in fact, replace 2 thermostats and they were quite labor intensive. Like most automotive dealerships, we have a manual that prescribes how long a particular labor operation should take. Fortunately, for the consumer, if the labor takes longer than prescribed, we do not charge for the extra labor. In your case, the labor was intensive and a bit expensive. Really sorry we obviously failed to meet your expectations. Just hope you understand that although it was "Only an Oil Change", we only have ASE Certified Technicians perform these tasks, vice "Oil Changers". Not only do we change your oil, but at no charge to you, we also check for any safety recalls that may be pending on your vehicle and a complete maintenance check. May not have happened in your case, but in many cases, a recall simply requires a firmware update which is completed at no charge. We never do "Just an Oil Change" and it does take us a bit longer than other places and we offer our sincere apology for your wait. Bought a new vehicle
Bought a new car from dodge and did not feel satisfied with the service. Left feeling disappointed with the quality of service and will not return to that specific dealership in future.
