I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership about a week and a half after the purchase of my new vehicle. I will not ever purchase another... vehicle from this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone.

Called for service on my Chevy Silverado as it was having rough start. My battery gauge was going up and down while driving asked if they could hook up... to diagnostic tests. Was scheduled to bring in Monday morning. I dropped off my truck and they would call when they found the issue. Ryan called me two hours later and told me I need a new battery.I asked if they checked the alternator he said with 60,000 miles it is not the alternator. I ask what the estimate was for repair Ryan said that it would be 213.00 I ask what if I don't want the battery he told me it would be 110 in labor plus tax. So in order to get my truck back I the minimum I would have to pay is 110 plus tax for a service free at O'Reilly. Grudgingly I agreed to the battery installation. I headed back to Ada cinnamon tried to be helpful stating she would lower labor to 24.95 but then she charged me 213.84 for the battery Total bill 258.84 I will not do business with untrustworthy businesses so you can guess I won't be back at a Seth Wadleys ever again!

Let me start off by saying everyone there is friendly and I feel like I got a good deal on a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler I purchased there. Now the part that... made me upset was at the very end of my experience there. They pride themselves on there Seth Wadley promise. Things like free oil changes for life and life on engine. That’s all real nice but when they brought me out to my new Jeep so I can drive off in it and be proud of my new purchase, I noticed it setting in the same place it was when I test drove it earlier that day. The car was dirty on the out side and was setting on empty. I asked why and they said we don’t wash or fill up the tanks on there used vehicles. My salesman did try give me cash for gas once I started getting upset but I did not take it. The fact that they took me out to my new Jeep filthy and on empty and think that is fine. So if you buy a used $35k there they want you to drive it off the lot dirty and on empty. When I buy a new vehicle the first two places I don’t want to stop leaving the dealership is a car wash and a gas station. Very disappointed with this dealership. Won’t be back. They lost my business over $40.
I went to look at a vehicle here. There were chips in the hood, and looks like someone put finger nail polish on the chips to cover them up. I asked if... they would re-paint the hood, and they acted like that was a big deal, they took $400 off the asking price, but then added the 400 for the hood. I ended up buying the truck it was dark. I got home and the tail light was cracked, missing a piece. Are you guys so cheap that you won't replace a $40 tail light. This dealership sucks. The service is fine here. It's the management letting vehicles go out like this for sale and not fixing them the right way.

Had much work done at this facility and have been to the Dodge Dealership and Ford Dealership. Seth Wadley takes care of their customers much better. ... Highly recommend
Just like any other car lot, they tell you what you want to hear and not tell you, that they may offer some things but it is extremely limited. or like... in my case they simply just back out of what they say they will cover
Service was great from the salesperson and the process was made to be fairly easy.
