I was working on a deal for a 2014 Lincoln mkz hybrid.

I was working on a deal for a 2014 Lincoln mkz hybrid. Got far enough to run a credit app, sent out a mechanic to do a ppi and sent my licensing information. After I'd spent my own money sending someone out there I was told (having it pry it from them) that it was a salvage title which is why I was having issues insuring it. Seemed kind of sketchy and maybe a little underhanded if im being honest. They then informed me they couldn't actually finance it and tried to offer me something much more expensive (of course)

I had a very good expereance buying my new Traverse.

I had a very good expereance buying my new Traverse. I am enjoying the new Traverse and the quality of the workmanship put into this SUV. I would recommend this SUV to my friends!

your service advisor Josh cost you money and a customer. What a maroon. I brought my truck in because it wouldn't start, I have an extended warranty. Turns out the fuel system is contaminated. He tells me it's not covered . Then he spins a yarn about taking the tank out and washing it out and yada yada yada. He gives me the price 2300.00. I've worked at dealerships most of my working life. Thats highway robbery. I don't know your labor rate per hour but that job pays 5 hours max. I paid the diagnosis fee and had Sanders Towing go get it. We had it running in 2 hours. Bypassed the ecu and ran the pump.Took it apart(fuel line) at firewall and pumped it dry. It was diesel BTW. I didn't know but we pumped out the diesel. Filled it up with 15 gallons of gas, a very popular additive and some octane booster just in case there was a little bit of diesel left. She fired up , no smoke, ran perfect. He could have got you a job with the extended warranty, you should replace pump anyway. I've written enough service to know, this was a missed opurtunity for your dealership and you lost a good customer. Between my mom, my wife, and me we've bought new 2007 Duramax, used 2010 Duramax(was owners truck for awhile), used 2008 Beetle, new 2025 silverado, and of course my truck the 2021GMC Canyon. It's hard to believe Have a nice day.
