Dealership had a nice selection of 2024 2500HD LT models.
Dealership had a nice selection of 2024 2500HD LT models. Salesman (Kevin) was friendly as was his cohort Rob who said he ordered all the trucks. I should have walked out after the 1st five minutes with the salesman. The salesman was not prepared, and the truck was dirty. When a customer takes the time to set an appointment, drives 2.5 hours to see a truck you would think a manager would make sure the customer sees their very best truck, it's called best sales practices. This is the easy stuff, and they are not doing it. The managers were unprofessional with major attitude. During my 1st five minutes, at my salesman's desk, I witnessed a manager speak down to a customer (Phone call) about showing respect to herself and her staff. I could hear every word she said as well as the customer. This should have been a private call for an office. Instead, the manager, along with 5 employees, stood around listening to the phone call telling her what to say. The lack of professionalism is a sign of horrible management. Customers had no problem hearing every word they said. Please read reviews and review Better Business Bureau complaints. Be prepared before you go into this dealership. Based on my experiences, Seth Wadley Chevrolet is a "No" for me!

DO NOT BUY FROM SETH WADLEY @ PAULS VALLEY, OK
I will start this by saying I am not usually one to complain about a business but there comes a time when enough is enough. April 26 2023, which was a Wednesday, (3 months ago) we purchased a used 2021 Tahoe. The car had a few spots in the interior that needed fixed and a couple scratches that needed buffed out. The agreement was I drive the car home and bring it back on Monday to drop it off while they fix the blemishes and I would drive a loaner home. I picked the Tahoe up a few days later with the interior fixed but the scratches still there. (Reason #1) A couple days after bringing the Tahoe back home we noticed oil on the car port where it was parked. So, after further inspection, we discovered the oil filter had been crushed after being serviced. The filter was crushed to the point it had pin holes in it and was dripping oil. I sent pictures to the salesman. I also noticed the transmission had been tampered with. I.e. all bolts that would be consistent with pulling the motor and transmission out plus scratches on the crossmember under the engine compartment where it was scraped either going out or back in. None of this was reported on the CarFax. I asked my salesman about that as well and he told me he would get back to me. (By the way, this is 2 days before we leave for vacation.) I tried getting in contact with him the following day with no response so I replaced the filter myself, which was no big deal but still pretty frustrating because this is supposed to be a reputable dealership with a knowledgeable service department whom somehow unknowingly sent a vehicle out of their shop with a crushed oil filter and unexplainable evidence on the motor. (Reason #2) Now we get to the here and now and I have a cracked TV screen. The sweet finance man we dealt with was so kind to sell us an extended warranty up to 136k miles (car already had 36k) for this electronics warranty package. He had a cool line that sold us. It was something like, ?if your kids break the headphones or one of the screens get cracked, that stuff gets real expensive, but this warranty covers it!? We?re thinking no way, that?s like insurance, right? He said, yeah! So I get ahold of the salesman finally on a Friday afternoon. I told him the screen was busted and i needed to know how to go about getting it replaced. He asked for pictures and videos to which I sent. He replied saying he would find something out first thing Monday morning and let me know. Well, Monday rolls around and I never heard from him. Never heard anything all week actually until Friday when I called and had to go through several people to finally get to the manager to find out why I haven?t heard from my salesman when he was supposed to have at least let me know SOMETHING 4 days ago. Manager apologizes and salesman immediately sends a text asking when I can have the car there to get the screen fixed. Today is Wednesday. I dropped the car off Monday. Today they don?t want to pay for the screen because it?s cracked and the warranty doesn?t cover that. Today they want $1,400.00 for a 10? TV screen. (Reason #3) So folks, take your business, your money and your time and find a trustworthy dealership that will treat you like a person and not a dollar sign because once you drive off of this lot you won?t mean anything to these people. They will say whatever it takes to get your signature and get you off the lot but after that you are on your own. If you are still here reading this I truly hope you take my advice and stray far away from Seth Wadley of Pauls Valley.

I had a complex issue with a new vehicle. The service advisor, Justin, kept me informed throughout the process. The service manager was also involved and accommodating. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received from the supporting staff as well… Judith, Brandy, Josh they all got involved when I needed help. Great job guys.
