Terrible customer service after the sale. Sold me a 2019 Chevy Traverse with 50,000 miles on it. Loved the vehicle, but 2 weeks later it was in the shop for exhaust issues. I have had it for 2 months now and it’s going back to the shop for another possible transmission issues. There is no inspection done by them. They don’t even top off the tank before sending you on your way. ALSO, they never sent me a check for sales tax. Had to call 4 times over a 2 week time period before they took care of. I will NEVER use them again or send anyone to them.

Kia of Sherwood
Kia of Sherwood ran my credit seven times without my authorization and said I was only approved thru them. I knew my credit was over 650 and l had already been approved thru capital one. They gave me a letter to get everything off my credit report but stuck me with a higher car note because I was a young female who needed a car. No I will never recommend them to anyone!! Make sure you check your vehicle over because they are using temporary products to cover scrapes and scratches that wears off over a few months.

There is no crain kia satisfaction guarantee. Brandon sold us a sportage. My wife asked about a spare tire. He said it had one. Got home and it didn't. Called and they said they were sorry and they would get us a donut. Called to come back up amd Dylan in service said hed get us one when we got here. (We are almost 80 miles away) Got here and got the, "were so sorry response" cause they would not provide one. A small tire that cost them less than $50 will keep us from spending over $20,000 the next time. Should have bought a Toyota. You should. I wanted to write them a good review but they certainly fall flat providing satisfaction.

We Would Never Go Back
We recently bought a used car from the Crain Kia Bentonville dealership. Immediately we noticed some things wrong with it and took it to another dealer to have it get checked. The result was over $5,000 in repairs needed. We went back to Crain and were told "too bad, you took it off the lot so it is yours". Here is something to be aware of, either a) they knew there were problems with the car and passed it off, or b) they never checked it before reselling it. In both cases that would seem to be shoddy business practices. What we should have done is have a mechanic check the car before we signed the paperwork, and we highly recommend it to anyone who decides to buy a used car from there.

Sales Dept was awesome and I love my Kia Soul. The Service Dept is another experience totally!! After 2 separate bad experiences just getting oil changed and tires rotated, I won't go back there for any kind of service. Like the service manager, I now own the ugliest most unpopular color car they've sold. Well kiss my grits.

When you have an appointment at 11 but they don't start
When you have an appointment at 11 but they don't start on your car till 1, it gets very very frustrating! Their excuse? Oh, we're behind.....I'm sorry, you're behind by 2 hours? Maybe you could care more about your customers time and call them to let them know not to show up at their appointed time. Two and half hours later, and I'm STILL sitting here waiting. I had other appts today!!!!!!! Very very displeased
