Bought my Ram 2500 Longhorn in 2022.

Bought my Ram 2500 Longhorn in 2022. First oil change I went to Fletcher on Warden Road. My service advisor talked me into buying the 3 oil change package. Went in for the last oil change and was told your package expired last month. My windshield washer pump went out in July of 2024, Fletchers service department order a new one, I called back and was told “we will call you when it comes in” well I called them again last week and it’s been in since August 2024. No one called me about it, now Fletcher Service Department is refusing to replace it under warranty because my warranty expired in December. You guys sure care about your customers.

My wife and I bought a brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee

My wife and I bought a brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from this dealership in December 2021. Almost immediately we started having problems with the instrument panel blacking out and resetting to 86 degrees full ventilation heat in the cabin with failure on multiple systems including the windows which would not roll down. The problem was intermittent so obviously the dealership service department claimed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle the 9 different times we took it in over 2 years. Similar to different reviews you will see here, staff was rude, staff dismissed the owner's description of the problem and basically claimed we were crazy (nothing wrong with the car). When the problem did persist, I took video of the issue, still no fix and we were crazy. I kept telling them the problem was in the wiring. Something to do with the seat position. Manager told me that was impossible. Two years later, no fix. I finally thought about it hard enough and drew a flow chart. What was different between when I drove the car and when my wife drove the car? You guessed it, SEAT POSITION! I was finally able to get the error to recreate itself consistently by rolling the seat forward and high. The position that would be used for my 5'2" wife. It would not happen to me because I am 6'0", seat position back and low. Somehow the wiring harness was being pinched or shorted by moving the seat. Did Jeep figure that out? NO, I DID! Thanks Jeep. Finally, with a video proving my theory to show them and an actual demonstration, the highly trained rocket scientists over at Sherwood Dodge Chrysler was able to fix the problem. Oh, not without taking another two weeks of my life to fix it though. The part I cannot prove, but highly suspect is that personal items would go missing from the vehicle on some of the multiple visits. I believe that the service department personnel took these items. If you do use them, remove all items of value from your car (EVERYTHING). Don't buy from this dealership. Don't use their maintenance shop. Save yourself the headaches.

Service department is terrible.

Service department is terrible. No communication. . Returned my Jeep with new issues claiming it had nothing to do with them…..those issues were not present when I dropped the vehicle off

Went to two other dealerships and almost lost hope on the

Went to two other dealerships and almost lost hope on the car buying experience. Then I arrived at Fletcher. No pushy salespeople chasing me in golf carts. No one telling me what I need to buy. No one putting themselves first and me second. The entire staff waiting on me to be ready to move forward and had my best interest in mind from start to finish. And, there were no surprises toward the end of the deal which was the best I could find on my trade-in and new purchase. I've sent two other people there already. Seriously, don't waste your time going anywhere else and getting haggled by car sharks. Head to Fletcher today!

No Service Department

Yes!!! Nightmare, stay away from the service department at the Sherwood Frank Fletcher dealership. We had to call for updates, rude, no consideration or ownership on their part.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE - I drove up from Georgia and bought a used 2017 Ram 3500 from them January 2022. Finally in Sept 2022, I was able to register the truck. The salesmen, Dick Gales, was great to work with and I would gladly do business with him again but NOT the dealership. Once I left the dealership the headaches began. The paperwork to register the truck did not arrive until March by which time I had temporarily relocated to Florida for work. When I went back to Georgia to register the truck, I was unable to register because the lien release had not been signed. I reached out to Mike Smith who I had been working with on some warranty cancellation and was ghosted. I attempted several times to get in contact with Mr. Smith leaving voicemails and emails. It was not until the bank reached out to the dealership threatening to make the dealership buy the truck back that I was contacted by the dealership. A gentleman named James was assisting in getting the lien release. I once again took time off work to go back to the tag office in GA from FL only to find out the dealership did not pay the taxes to the state that were rolled into my loan. I attempted several times to get a hold of Mr. James and was once again ghosted. I did not hear back from the dealership until I gave them 48 hour notice that I would be getting my lawyer involved. After the notice, I was contacted by James Romine the general sales manager. James R. was helpful in getting a check written for the sales taxes and resolving another lien release issue (the GA tag office required the original lien release which was not in my paperwork.) 9 months later, 3 trips from FL to GA plus time off of work, and many hours of contacting the dealership later, I was able to register the truck. BUT I was charged $1,700 dealer penalty fee for late registration. I requested to James R. that the dealership reimburse me for the $1,700 since it was incurred because of Fletcher. James R. said he would check with the owner and I never heard from him again. I followed up and have not gotten a response from James R. It seems like now that the truck is registered Fletcher has no interest in making this right by paying for the dealer penalty fee. I would not do business with Fletcher Chrysler again and would never send a family member or friend to them.

The service department is a nightmare.

The service department is a nightmare. We've been trying to get our air fixed since May. They keep charging us a deductible even though they are not fixing the same problem. They have VERY poor communication, and we have found them not to be honest because we took it to another dealership that told us the problem they overlooked. Because it was still under the allotted time we had to take it back to fletcher who made up another problem so they could probably get more out of the warranty company. The service manager was rude to my husband and actually tried to insult him by saying that he should be happy he has to only pay the warranty and that he doesn't understand why his kind of business (meaning my husbands business) charges so much. How unprofessional is that!!!!! We will make the drive to West Little Rock from now on. They have their act together over there. I wouldn't ever buy a car there simply because of the service department.

The Worse

This place gets a definite 0 from me. I took my vehicle there for what I thought was two minor issues. I am currently taking my vehicle back for the third time. I have two new issues going on with my vehicle, which of none I had prior to bringing the vehicle in. My car appears to be in for worse condition than it was before this dealership touched it. If I wanted shade tree mechanic work done to my vehicle I definitely wouldn't have gave this place $3,0000. Thank you Chrysler Jeep of Sherwood for all these beautiful addition vehicle issues!!!v
