Very Disappointed!

Very Disappointed!!! We came in to buy 2 cars. We had picked up both to have evaluated by our mechanic. When we drove in and parked them, we went in to discuss the terms of the purchases. Our salesman took our offer to the desk and came back to us with the news that the dealership had SOLD one of the vehicles as we were waiting. This was within 15 minutes of our sitting down to discuss both vehicles. I expressed my disbelief in the way this was handled and told them that were had the vehicle and wanted to buy both of them. The manager was unmoved and said he authorized the sale. This experience was so out of character from what we have experienced at Carlton in the past with our other 2 purchases. We should have been given the courtesy of working out our sale before the vehicle was sold out from under us. Very Disappointed!!!

They Will Sell a Car, but They Cannot Service It

Bought a GLS 450. Purchase was fine and no problem. But we had weird thing happen with the transmission where it will not go from reverse into drive. I called up service department and they are FOUR WEEKS out for service. FOUR WEEKS! So wthis car will sit in the driveway for a month.

I had never purchased a Mercedes-Benz before.

I had never purchased a Mercedes-Benz before. I had always considered them out of my price range. I discovered a variety of levels, and our salesperson Phillip helped find us find a GLC 3000 suv that fit our needs and budget. He provided great customer service and made us feel as though he really cared about our being comfortable and satisfied. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I recommend Carlton Motorcars Mercedes.
