From the moment I walked into Whitaker Chevrolet it felt different than any other dealership I had been in. Every person I encountered was professional, attentive and friendly. The salesperson I was there to meet was Brad and he worked with me every step of the way. The process lasted around a week as he worked to find the perfect car and price for my budget. I ended up with a 2025 Chev Tahoe Premier and it’s perfect. This experience extended into the finance office with Mr. Baker. He did not use any of the heavy sales tactics I’ve seen in other places - instead, he was informative and respectful. Bottom line: The culture at Whitaker is different and I would highly recommend anyone to go there.

We could not have been happier with the entire experience of purchasing a new 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT from Kevin Whitaker. The entire transaction from finding a vehicle and making a decision of which vehicle to buy to the point of actually taking delivery on the vehicle, took a little bit longer than expected because of some misunderstandings about securing a vehicle, which was on its way, with a deposit, which I was not given the option during the initial conversation with the sales person. Once a vehicle was located everything went very smoothly. The sales person has done an excellent job advising me of all the details involving the purchase of my new vehicle.

Will never be back to Whitaker. 7.59 interest rate with a 816 credit score I have no other loans, no mortgage. I should have noticed but, didn't. Will warn everyone about Whitaker. 2 possible sales lost already. New website in the making. I will now pay this loan off so Chevy credit will not make much. I will also explain this to Chevy credit. Thanks for strapping my savings account xxxxxxxx. Funny how you run credit and only get a credit score back with no explanation. Lies Lies Lies even your sales manager. Ask your sales manager where Kevin Whitaker bank is. I realize Kevin Whitaker got paid, Caleb got paid and I no longer matter

I scheduled tires being replaced and an oil change was one of the cheaper prices in town for Tires and got in less than a weekend.

This is the fifth new car we purchased from Kevin Whitaker. The service department is great and brings us back, the sales person has always been honest, I believe they also want the sale to go well and as a result, it is usually a win/win situation buying a new vehicle from them

Our salesman, Steven Knatzka, was awesome. There was no pressure at all to buy and it felt like he truly cared about what we wanted. Carl Parrillo in finance was quick and efficient with the paperwork. Overall great experience.
