Bought a 2018 Nissan truck. Worst experience ever!! Trust me, find another dealer!! Cost me $1500 to make the truck right. They told me I could return... the truck, but never responded or never returned calls. We came all the way from Georgia.

I came in to get a replacement key for my daughter’s car. Her key had been stolen and her car was in security mode so it was towed to this dealership.... I asked how much it was going to cost and was given a price. They ordered the keys and told me they would be in on Monday. When I didn’t hear from them I called and left a message, no return call. The next day my husband called and was left on hold for over 20 minutes. He finally got to talk to someone and they said the key would be in by 10 am the next day and they would call. By 1 pm no word from them. We called again and they said the key had come in but they were unsure if they would be able to program them today. We said if it wasn’t done by today we were sending a locksmith up there to make her a key. They finally called that afternoon saying it was ready. When my daughter went to pick it up the charge was for over $200 more than I was quoted! They said the price they gave me was for the keys only, not programming them! WHAT? Why wasn’t I told this when I asked for a price? I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! They lie, and they never, ever return phone calls. Worst customer service ever!
I bought a 2016 Malibu from another location. I went to the Chevy dealership in Greer and they were talking over 300$ in repairs that might not even fix... the problem. I went to Kevin Whittaker on Laurens Rd and William, a service tech, was awesome. Mind you I had already called my credit company to pick the car up. William was kind polite and professional. He helped me get a loaner car while mine was being looked at. My car got a new engine. William was nice enough to inform me that it had previously had work done on it and what would probably happen. I'm keeping my car. If it hadn't been for William and the awesome service they provided I would have messed up my credit. Thanks guys!!
Spoke with a very nice sales lady and she was very informative on all the different Cadillacs. As I was walking around outside, several employees asked... if they could assist me.. I thought that was very friendly of them . Overall a very pleasant experience.

Worst Customer Service in the Service Department. I know where NOT to take my car ever again. My car was here for an engine failure for 2 months. The... car sat in the same place for over a month and a half. They told me that they only had 1 Corvette tech that was capable of replacing my engine, so the timeline would be about a month from start to finish. Well it took 2. My car went in on the 7th of July, and I got it back on the 28th of August. It wasn't until I asked to take it elsewhere that they even started on it and that was after I had made preparations to have it towed to another dealer. No one ever called to tell me anything, I had to call myself to get an update. The only person that would call me back was Ryan the fixed ops manager, who had little knowledge of my car. Service Advisor never called, I never knew his name until the day my car was ready. They never FOLLOWED UP with me on anything. I never knew what was actually wrong with my car until a week before it was ready. I would not recommend this service department to anyone!!!!
