I was driving with my daughter home from college in her 2007 Trailblazer. The tranny seemed to be going out as we arrived in town late at night. We went... to Nix the following morning to see if we could get a fix to limp home, but what I thought about the tranny was confirmed. The tranny was dead. It could probably be swapped out with a salvage tranny by a small independent shop for less than what I was quoted for a new one at the dealer. Regardless, time was short and I didn't have the resources to fix it so far away from home. Options were limited, but they had a 2016 Equinox on the lot and I had a trade in with a bad tranny. Being on the road passing through, I was afraid I might get my eyes poked, but in fact Nix made a very fair offer and helped me get on my way. It cost more than I would have liked to have spent, but again, the deal was very fair. Paperwork and logistics were worked out and we were rolling before lunch. We made it home in time for dinner and my daughter has a much newer ride which gives me peace of mind while she is away. I believe the folks at Nix recognized my situation and instead of taking advantage of me, helped me and my daughter get on our way. I am very thankful to them and how they assisted us during this stressful moment.

Outstanding Experience!!! I completely recommend Nix Auto Center!!! I just recently had bad experiences with other Big City dealers tactics of low-balling... trade values or advertised prices being based on rebates that almost no one will qualify for. But Nix is different in positive way!! The advertised price was just that the price for the car, no hidden “catches” that increases the price during the paperwork!! Very fast transaction, and NO HIGH PRESSURE!!! I worked with the salesman Dale Price who was genuine with NO fake salesman friendliness that customers hate!! I was not expecting this experience to be this positive but it exceeded my expectations!! I would highly recommend asking for Dale there at Nix for your next car purchase!!

2018 Traverse broke down and this is the only service center that has been able to figure out the problem with this car. This car was purchased in October... 2017 from another dealer but that dealer has not been able to figure out the problem to get it fixed. I was very satisfied with the service center, Monty is the person that I spoke with and he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
