I had a fantastic experience at Toliver! It was my first vehicle, and everything went very smoothly and my salesman, Greg, was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be doing business here from now on and make sure to ask for Greg if you decide to buy from here!

They zip tied my ac condenser and front bumper on my car

They zip tied my ac condenser and front bumper on my car after breaking the clips holding the nose on, the zip ties broke letting the bumper drop and drag on the highway, causing extensive damage to the frontend of our car, ruining the fender well plastics, and warping the frontend to where it doesn't fit properly! The service manager has lied repeatedly and has not been truthful, I even tried another manager, and was referred back to the untruthful on, very dissatisfied by everything that happened at their service center and our car, we bought a beautiful car, and now it drags the frontend when we drive it, and can't drive it far as we are afraid of more damage, it's been over a month since reported, and still haven't fixed the problem sad a buiseness can do this to people! In the service managers own words " it should not have happened" yet does nothing to fix it! Sorry I couldn't do negative stars as my car suffered 1800-2500 dollars of damage from zip tieechanocs!

It's always a pleasure working with Dale.

It's always a pleasure working with Dale. Over the past decade he has helped me with vehicles. I highly recommend him if you're in the market for a car. I am not the best to work with when it comes to figuring out the next vehicle I want, but he is so patient with me and informative with every single make and model.

I resently purchased a 2023 High Country.

I resently purchased a 2023 High Country. The truck was brought to me at night in the fog and mist. A few items were pointed out and the salesman assured me he had looked the entire truck over and those items were not there when it was clean and sunny but any issues would be addressed if there were any found after it was cleaned. However, after cleaning the truck it was discovered that there were many issues. I contacted the salesman and sent pictures. I was told he would speak to the dealership and get back with me. This has not occurred. After a few attempts to contact him. I called to attempt to contact the general manager. I was told he was busy but he would get back to me. I left a message but haven’t received any response. In short, Steve Carr is not a salesman you would want to deal with and the dealership hasn’t proven to be any better. I wouldn’t recommend either of them.

Was Upside down on my trade, Nick went out of his way to get me Approved on the Truck I was wanting at a decent Interest rate. Everyone I seen spoke to me with a smile on their Face. Ill definitely be going there again next time I trade!

I was wanting to trade my 2023 2ss Camaro for a 2023

I was wanting to trade my 2023 2ss Camaro for a 2023 challenger that had 49 miles and was a one owner an they had it advertised at just below 56,000 it was used. they wanted to give me 42,000 for my camaro that msrp for 55,120 it had only 4000 miles on it. What idiots do they have working there that just want to rip you off. i would not recommend them to anyone if you don't want to get ripped off.

Broken down but not out

I was driving with my daughter home from college in her 2007 Trailblazer. The tranny seemed to be going out as we arrived in town late at night. We went to Nix the following morning to see if we could get a fix to limp home, but what I thought about the tranny was confirmed. The tranny was dead. It could probably be swapped out with a salvage tranny by a small independent shop for less than what I was quoted for a new one at the dealer. Regardless, time was short and I didn't have the resources to fix it so far away from home. Options were limited, but they had a 2016 Equinox on the lot and I had a trade in with a bad tranny. Being on the road passing through, I was afraid I might get my eyes poked, but in fact Nix made a very fair offer and helped me get on my way. It cost more than I would have liked to have spent, but again, the deal was very fair. Paperwork and logistics were worked out and we were rolling before lunch. We made it home in time for dinner and my daughter has a much newer ride which gives me peace of mind while she is away. I believe the folks at Nix recognized my situation and instead of taking advantage of me, helped me and my daughter get on our way. I am very thankful to them and how they assisted us during this stressful moment.
