Drove well over two hours to purchase my son a truck, my husband had been talking to someone over the phone and agreed on an “out the door” price before we drove down. Once we got there they had the truck pulled up to the front door, was polishing the wheels when we arrived and were very friendly! Once we went in to start the process of purchasing the truck the salesman came in with a sheet with some figures on it (not the same “out the door” price the lady had quoted us). Long story short …… they honored the price that we were quoted and we drove home with the perfect truck!!!! The manager was SUPER nice and easy to deal with!!! Would definitely recommend and will do business with again!

Deceptive Business Practice
Let me start off by saying this review is not towards the salesperson I worked with over the past two weeks. Aletha, is an amazing salesperson and was nothing but wonderful! However, the managers, the general manager, and the dealership as a whole are deceptive and I warn anyone looking to buy here to do your homework first on pricing. Two weeks ago, I came from NC to look at a new 22' Expedition Limited. The price at the time was way over the MSRP by almost $10K even though the internet price was listed only $2K over the MSRP. I touched based with Aletha a week later and she said they would honor the internet price. Perfect! I was all set to buy the vehicle a few days later when Aletha emailed me to let me know the price had dropped and was now $2K under the MSRP. I looked and sure enough that was the case. But twenty minutes later, the price was back up to the original internet price of $2K over and then again back to below MSRP. I called Aletha to ask what was going on as I was heading to the dealership to buy this vehicle. She spoke with Darren, the manager, who confirmed the price was for below the MSRP. Well low and behold, classic bait and switch! I test drove the vehicle again and Aletha went to go get the new numbers to go over. 20 minutes goes by and she comes back with another manager who apologizes and says they must sell it to me at the higher price and not what is listed on their website. The general manager told the managers they could not give me this lower price and that was it. A waste of an hour drive, trust in this dealership, and deceptive advertising! The funny thing is the dealership still has the lower price listed on their website and Cars.com 7 hours after I was there. Shady business practices! Be cautious if you plan on buying from here!

Purchased New 2022 F-150 Tremor
Top notch experience from start to finish. Jeff took his time painstakingly covering every option and detail of our custom ordered truck; we never once felt rushed. During the agonizing wait for Ford to build our truck these wonderful people went above and beyond to get order status information upon request when Ford's customer-facing order tracking was broken (which was about 75% of the time). When we arrived to pick up our pickup, there was some sort of software outage occurring preventing dealerships from being able to process much of anything. They slapped a dealer plate on my truck and let me drive it all weekend until we could finalize things Monday. When I first began my search for a new F-150, I tried the closest dealer to me: Burns Ford of York. They pretended to listen to my desired build, lazily tried to sell me 3 different trucks nowhere close to what I wanted, then ghosted me after I rejected their pushy attempt to convince me to settle. Fort Mill Ford was at the time asking for $6k dealer markup on all of their F-150s. Save yourself the trouble and go talk to Jeff at Clinton Family Ford.

Bought my second new Ford Truck from Clinton Family Ford. I was very pleased with both purchases. First one was in 2017 the second one was in December of 2021. I had to order the last truck because inventory is very low. It only took 8 weeks for my new truck to come in. The think I appreciated the most is I picked up the truck on New Years Eve of 2021. The dealer brought all the paper work outside because of the severity of the virus going around. Since I was an individual with another health issue I found that to be very thoughtful.

We moved to the area recently and we are a Ford family through and through, for the last 20 years or so. We are very picky about our Ford dealer, and very picky about our Ford service. Clinton Family Ford does not disappoint! In fact, we drive by the Ford Dealer that is closer to us that initially tried that did not work out for us, just to get to Clinton Family Ford. We have all three of our vehicles serviced here and have felt secure that they have looked out for our very best interests and safety and finances. Could not be happier. Special shout out to Ronnie in the Service Department.

Great experience overall!!
I came to look at and test drive a car I've seen advertised. Wasn't too happy with it but they took the time to say they had others that were in my budget. The next car was a Honda Pilot and it was good for me, drove well, looked good and I was comfortable in the car. Crunched some numbers in the office and was pleased with the price and the wonderful staff there. Shout out to my salesman Mario who was very top notch with his customer service and the staff that was there. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car/SUV to go to Clinton Family Ford. Thanks guys!!
