I came to look at and test drive a car I've seen advertised. Wasn't too happy with it but they took the time to say they had others that were in my budget.... The next car was a Honda Pilot and it was good for me, drove well, looked good and I was comfortable in the car. Crunched some numbers in the office and was pleased with the price and the wonderful staff there. Shout out to my salesman Mario who was very top notch with his customer service and the staff that was there. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car/SUV to go to Clinton Family Ford. Went in for an oil change and decided to look around. Once I found what I wanted the process to get out the door was painless.
BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I have wanted a new mustang for months. I knew that I would buy it from this dealership, because of the great staff including... Eddie Gillam, Mrs. Sharon, and Ms. Judy! They all went above and beyond to be helpful, not to mention making the process quick and painless! I wanted a specific payment, and Eddie worked wonders to make that happen! I got a great deal! He also located the perfect 2016 mustang for me, with every option that I wanted! The car was detailed and ready to go as soon as I got there. It looked gorgeous!!! And the staff was so friendly! Eddie answered all of my questions before I purchased the car. He also spent a good amount of time showing me how to operate everything on the vehicle, and all of the cool things it can do! I know where I am buying my next car! Thank you all, I absolutely LOVE my mustang! I am so happy and enjoying it very much! It was worth the 4 hour drive to buy from you all- it made all the difference!
You can tell the minute you walk in the door at Clinton Family Ford that this is not your run of the mill car dealership. "Family" is in their name for... a reason. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ed Gillam, Sharon Martof went well above and beyond to make sure I was 110% satisfied and comfortable with my purchase and that it was exactly what I wanted. Judy Gibson also made the finance experience quick and very easy. Literally everything was ready to go when I came to pick up my car. The test drive took longer than it did for me to do the deal! Everyone I dealt with here was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel like family. I seriously owe ya'll lunch or a pound cake or something for all the hard work that was put into this deal. I wouldn't have bought my dream Mustang anywhere else! Thank you!!!
The seats in the back rattle. It is like they are bouncing on the slides that hold them I place. When I brought the truck in last week for the 15K service... I told the service tech at the desk the problem. The guy at the Quick desk said that I had to go back over the other desk and talk to them. About an hour later they came in and said that I would have to come back to have the seats adjusted. There were only a few people in the waiting room. There were a lot of your people standing at the entrance door smoking. I had to wait for them to finish their smokes. Less smoking and more service would be nice. You can do a better job than this.

My F150 was brought in for an Oil Change. When Jeff Williams inspected my truck, he found out that I needed two shocks replaced. The shocks wer rplaced... and no problems exists. Mike and Dan Rollins were the best.
