I’m not a happy customer. I bought a truck from y’all about 3 to 4 weeks ago and everything was great, but got called today about my trade in price and I owed $640 something dollars. Does this dealship go by what there told or do they find out before you sing the papers. I thought when I signed the papers it was a done deal. I got called and said I owed $650 and that sounds like your people are not doing there job. I’m not a happy customer and have bought 3 trucks only one from y’all in the last 4 years but I think this is not good business. I don’t think I would ever buy a vehicle from Landers again because of this. You should make sure everything is final before people take the vehicle. Thanks Ben Mccaleb
Service and 3week wait time seemed extream
3 week wait list for a front end inspection. I also have a warranty that will expire before then and they offered no solution even when it was there fault.
Landers Service Department is Incompetent
Purchased a 2020 RAM Rebel off the showroom floor with only 50 miles on the speedometer. This was my first brand new vehicle ever. I was washing my new truck and discovered water in the driver's side front floor board while shop vacuuming. Dropped off at Landers. Stan was an excellent service guy. They said they had to replace the door seal, but the part would take a week to arrive. Once the seal arrived, they discovered the issue was in another area and assured me it was repaired. They returned my truck with a door seal that was installed backwards, a deep scratch on my door handle, a scratch on my console, the floor was still soaked with water, and mud in the cab. See the pictures. I dropped my Rebel back off at Landers and the manager, Larry, agreed to fix the leak and the scratch on the door handle. He did not agree to fix the scratch on the console. He basically called me a liar by not fixing it. He reassured me my truck would be taken better care of. A week later, my leak is fixed, my door handle is fixed, but my console is still scratched. And they returned my truck even dirtier than before. There were tar-like smears on areas around my windshield, hood and doors. My conclusion: The sales staff and service staff I dealt with were great. The mechanics and service workers in the back do not take pride in their work and generally seem to not be trained very well. There is no quality control. I have my previous vehicle to measure my opinion by. I owned a Tundra for 8 years and never had a single issue with the service or mechanics. I will be looking for another Ram dealership to have my oil changes, tire rotations, and service work done.

Lamar Dean is someone that I trust. He doesn’t try and sell me services that I do not need. He does make recommendations but never pushes me into something.
I was able to use my coupon and save money. I will definitely return for my next service. Dennis was great to work with.

The time given for the oil change was correct service was preform correctly no issue. I will be back again for my next oil change.

Excellent service, exceeded expectations. Service advisor took the time to explain the service as well as the options available. The facilities were clean comfortable. My Service Advisor kept me aware of the progress.
I really appreciated to professional customer service. Everything went well , car sale professional are knowledgable about the cars. I will make another purchase from landers soon.
