My experience puts a bad reputation for the service and

My experience puts a bad reputation for the service and owner. I've been lied to and treated with disrespect by the salesperson 4 different people. I will be reaching out to the owner of this dealership in regards to services and salesperson unethical practices I've experienced. I truly believe that Donnie Lamm deserves to know how his employees are conducting business

Excellent experience

I absolutely loved my experience there. My salesman was Jeffery. I told him everything I wanted in a car and the prices I wanted. He was very nice and I 100% recommend him if you’re buying a car. I bought my very first car thanks to him. It’s a 2023 Nissan Sentra. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you so much!

Brakes

Had brakes worked on and after taking it back 5 times and payed $500 dollars brakes still have metal against metal sound! I wish I could upload a video! Now I’m going to take it somewhere else to have them fix it. I have spent almost $75,000 dollars at this dealership and they laugh at you like you are stupid and talk crap!! I’m solely talking about the service department.

(BUYER) BEST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Absolutely the best online buying experience I've ever had!! The online process was second to none my salesman Mr. Morris was very transparent on the condition of the vehicle that we purchased.And it was just as he described it to be. And they even DELIVERED it to us 100 miles away. We highly recommend Nissan of Clinton!!

Terrible used car salesman... aren?t they all...

Dealt with a terrible salesman named Dave. Refused to negotiate price. Sent terse emails containing only figures or ?ok?. Highly unprofessional and terrible negotiating skills. Dave lost you a potential buyer. I don?t recommend dealing with this dealership. If they are unwilling to negotiate price they are obviously intent on squeezing you for every penny. Shop elsewhere and if Dave responds to your email just send it to the trash.

Best Dealership, Hands down

I feel like this dealership deserves praise for the awesome job they performed. I simply would like to say how WONDERFUL Nissan of Clinton(Clinton, NC) was in my car buying experience yesterday. I'm almost speechless! Just for a quick summary, I have purchased many vehicles over the years but, this was by far the easiest and best experience yet. I actually dreaded the whole idea of buying a new vehicle, pushy salesmen and the long paperwork process is not my favorite thought. However I received just the opposite. My husband sent an email to NOC with the vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted(Pathfinder SL, Black with black or charcoal leather interior). They did not have what we wanted in stock, by that afternoon, the same day, Mr. Donnie Lamm called and had exactly what I asked for. I was in disbelief thinking it would take several days/weeks to make that happen. We went to the dealership, even looked at a few other options just to make sure it's what I wanted and the paper work began. They were quick, as we were extremely short on time however they were very efficient. They were so considerate of our time and needs. They were not pushy but instead they made sure I had what I wanted when I drove away. I did not feel like I was just a commission check, I felt like they genuinely cared about what I wanted and needed and would do whatever it took to make it happen. It honestly, was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had and I am beyond happy with Nissan of Clinton. I will use this dealership for all my needs in the future! I will also be referring all of my friends and family to Mr. Donnie Lamm and Mr. Michael Morris. Thank you Nissan of Clinton for being so helpful and making this so easy for me!

Frontier and Maxima

Excellent service from all staff.
