Experience was great! We didn?t live close so the Winslow Ford team made sure all our requirements were met before driving the few hours to finish the deal. They kept in constant communication with us through the whole process from financing and sending video of the vehicle. Everyone was friendly!

I was not offered the choice of the type of oil to be put into my truck. I did not need my tires to be rotated, (question was not asked.) otherwise , the services were performed in a timely and professional manner. The staff were friendly and respectful.

Sale went smoothly, but the car was not compatible with my Android phone. In order to display GPS on the dash, I needed to upgrade to a new IPhone. Salesman should have forewarned me. Salesman promised to mail me spare fob, which he said was located at another dealer lot. Never got it.
