It's so sad how these people treat customers. Their first move is to ask where you want your payment. Then they try to get you to go on a test drive... while they work on it hoping you'll fall in love. When you say "not yet" they go get the car and try to get you to go outside hoping you will relent and drive it and are visibly upset when that doesn't work. Then they come back all smiles with a payment that is almost 30% above your limit hoping you'll accept their sob story and sign without even showing you the numbers. When they are forced to scribble down their math you see a ridiculously low trade value crossed out with a nearly as ridiculous trade value above it. He says they are stretching to try to make it work. Their price for the car is higher than any of their competitors. The interest rate is also too high. I asked them to lower the car price to match Carfax and KBB fair retail for this area and raise my trade only $500 to match KBB Trade-in value. I also asked them to look for a better interest rate. The salesman told the sales manager loud enough for me to hear and belligerently "now he wants you to lower the price and raise his trade". They also warned me that I might lose the interest rate we had if we shop it around. Ha. They came back with a good interest rate and $1000 more for my trade but now the car's price went up $1500. They were ecstatic that they got closer to my payment goal. Customers know when the car price is inflated to make the trade amount look better. I said thank you to the sales manager. As I left the salesman caught me at my car to let me know I was passing up an early Christmas gift. Really? I drove to Carriage Kia in Woodstock , Ga and found out what car buying should be like. Zero hassle, smart, pleasant and well dressed salespeople, great advertised prices, fair trade offered the first time, beautiful dealership. I was driving out in my new car in an hour!
I could not ask for better customer service !No matter which department,I have always received excellent service!! From this alone,I doubt I will ever... buy a car any where else! Other dealerships could learn a lot from these guys!!!
I must say that my New Car Buying experience with Lifetime Kia has been the best by far. This is the 5th Kia, my New Kia Soul Exclaim for me. We have purchased... a Rio, 2 Spectra's and a Sedona EX. We purchased (2) of these cars for our daughters to go off to college in and the other (2) were mine. We keep our cars for the long haul, about 9 to 10 years. I would like to say "Thank You" to Bubba and Chris, you made this the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. No hassles, no haggling, I knew what I wanted and you worked with me to get it. Will be sending a lot of referrals your way. Thank you very much for the great service. You rate #1 in my book.

I was actually going to test drive cars to see what I wanted before going to Atlanta to buy. I moved to a small town for all the good things about a... small town knowing I would still go back to Atl for a lot of things that are more available or cheaper than the small town. I was greeted like an old friend at the dealership. I was shown around, shown cars, all without pressure. The experience was so good I went ahead and bought that day! And by the way,I got a better deal than I was quoted at a large dealership in Atl. The people at Lifetime Kia Of Murphy were great and I will definitely be a Lif time customer!
