They DO NOT HONOR a warranty, they have all these

They DO NOT HONOR a warranty, they have all these refurbished parts, that they know is NO GOOD!! PLUS THE WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE, NO NEED TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT ITS NOT HONORED!! I WENT TO GET MY BATTERY REPLACED SEVERAL TIMES AND I WENT IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO TO HAVE IT REPLACED, I WAITED AN HOUR TO HOUR AND A HALF AND THEY STILL DIDN'T REPLCE IT, I ENDED UP GOING BACK ON TODAY, AFTER I FOUND OUT THEY DIDN'T REPLCE THE OLD ONE, (FIRST WHEN YOU LEAVE THERE CHECK AND SEE IF THE WORK WAS DONE!! ) NOW THEY SAY MY WARRANTY IS OVER/OUTDATED. I ADVISE TO GO TO COVINGTON PIKE THE SERVICE IS BETTER AND FASTER AND YOU WON'T BE DECIEVED!! BAD BUSINESS!!!
