disgruntled buyer

HORRIBLE experience and process with this dealership and their team. I would NEVER purchase from a Jacky Jones dealership ever again and gladly share with anyone remotely thinking about purchasing a new car to NOT do so from any Jacky Jones dealer. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL.

Was confusion over aftermarket leather. Question about stitching in leather and perforation on leather. We felt there was a gray area on stitching so we offered to pay for it, but customer was asked while in finance office about perforation and was told it would be an extra 100 charge. At that time they declined. Leather was delayed due to corona virus as well and customer was upset by that as well. Customer declined our offer and took a xx for what we had allowed for cost of leather so they could return to Their other home in Fla. I am sorry they feel slighted in this confusion about leather but we tried to be as fair as possible in this transaction
